أصدرت المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة في لبنان عبر قسم الإعلام والتوجيه والعلاقات العامة، بيانًا رسميًا تضمّن أمرًا عامًا وجّهه المدير العام اللواء الركن إدكار لاوندس إلى العسكريين، جاء فيه تأكيد على ضرورة الصمود والانضباط في ظل الظروف الدقيقة التي تمر بها البلاد، مع الإشادة بالتضحيات المستمرة التي يبذلها الضباط والعناصر يوميًا، وتأكيد الالتزام بمسيرة الإصلاح داخل المؤسسة الأمنية.
في مستهل الأمر العام، قال اللواء لاوندس:
“تمر البلاد بمرحلة دقيقة، تترافق مع أعباء اقتصادية ومعيشية خانقة تثقل كاهل العسكريين. ومع ذلك، تُثبتون أنكم أهل للمسؤولية، وأن ولاءكم للمؤسسة والوطن فوق كل اعتبار”.
إشادة بالصمود والوعي الأمني
وأشار المدير العام إلى أن القيادة تعي حجم الضغوط المعيشية والأمنية المتزايدة، وتثمّن ما يُظهره العسكريون من ثبات وانضباط رغم كل التحديات. وأضاف:
“انضباطكم هو جوهر الثقة بكم، وركيزة أساسية من ركائز هيبة أمن الدولة”.
مسار إصلاحي حقيقي داخل المؤسسة
أوضح اللواء لاوندس أن المديرية باشرت خطوات عملية لمعالجة الاختلالات داخل المؤسسة الأمنية، مؤكدًا أن هذه الخطوات تهدف إلى ترسيخ مبدأ الشفافية، احترام القانون، وفرض الانضباط الإداري. كما أشار إلى أن القرارات التنظيمية الأخيرة بدأت تظهر نتائجها الإيجابية على مستوى ثقة المواطنين.
نهج الثواب والعقاب العادل
أكد المدير العام أن المؤسسة ماضية في التزامها بنهج العدالة والمحاسبة، وفق مبدأ الثواب والعقاب، حيث سيتم مكافأة المخلصين، ومحاسبة المقصرين، بغض النظر عن رتبهم أو مناصبهم، في إطار مشروع شامل لإعادة ترتيب البيت الداخلي وتعزيز الثقة من القاعدة حتى القيادة العليا.
دعوة للتفاني والثبات
في ختام الأمر العام، دعا اللواء لاوندس العسكريين إلى الحفاظ على الانضباط والتفاني في أداء الواجب، قائلاً:
“إن المؤسسة تعوّل على وعيكم وصدق التزامكم، لتبقى أنموذجًا في الشرف والتضحية والانضباط. ونحن بدورنا، لن نوفّر جهدًا في الدفاع عن حقوقكم وتعزيز صمودكم”.
وختم بالتأكيد على التمسك بالثوابت الوطنية قائلاً:
“عاشت أمن الدولة، وعاش لبنان”.

The General Directorate of State Security in Lebanon, through its Media and Public Relations Department, issued an official statement on Tuesday conveying a general order addressed by Director General Maj. Gen. Edgard Lattounis to the military personnel. The message emphasized the importance of resilience, discipline, and commitment to institutional reform, praising the daily sacrifices made by officers and staff under difficult national conditions.
Maj. Gen. Lattounis began his message by stating:
“The country is going through a critical phase, with severe economic and living pressures affecting military personnel. Yet again, you prove yourselves worthy of trust and responsibility, with loyalty to the institution and the nation above all else.”
