تعلن منظمة RDFL عن فرص شاغرة للعمل كمدير/ة حالة (Case Manager) في بيروت، لبنان. في هذا الدور الحيوي، سيتولى الموظف مسؤولية تقديم الدعم المباشر للأشخاص الذين تعرضوا للأذى أو المعرضين للخطر من خلال إدارة الحالات والقيام بالتقييمات ووضع الخطط واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتقديم الدعم.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• القطاع/القطاعات: المناصرة والتوعية، قضايا النوع الاجتماعي.

• آخر مهلة للتقديم: الأحد، 20 أبريل 2025.

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل.

• مدة الوظيفة: سنة واحدة.

• الراتب: بين 800 و 1200 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

• المؤهلات التعليمية: درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو التوجيه والإرشاد أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• متطلبات الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في العمل مع المجتمعات الضعيفة.

• اللغات المطلوبة:

  • العربية: بطلاقة.

  • الإنجليزية: ممتازة.

  • الفرنسية: غير مطلوب.

• الموقع: بيروت – جبل لبنان، لبنان.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تحديد الحالات المتضررة أو المعرضة للخطر وتقديم الدعم الفردي من خلال إدارة الحالات، التوثيق، التقييمات، وضع الخطط، تقديم الخدمات المباشرة، الإحالات والمتابعة.

• تقديم التوصيات لضمان توفير بيئات آمنة وملائمة لإدارة الحالات.

• تقديم الدعم العاطفي الأساسي للحالات العاجلة.

• إجراء تقييمات نفسية اجتماعية للحالات الضعيفة، بما في ذلك العوامل البيئية والعاطفية والسلوكية والاجتماعية.

• إعداد خطط دقيقة للحالات عالية المخاطر مع تحديد النتائج والجدول الزمني.

• متابعة نتائج الدعم المقدم وتقديم التقييم المستمر.

• تنظيم جلسات توعية حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والصحة الإنجابية في التنسيق مع منسق المشروع.

• التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات الآخرين في المنطقة لضمان الإحالات الفعالة والمتابعة.

• الدفاع عن حقوق المستفيدين لضمان وصولهم إلى الموارد والخدمات الضرورية.

• جمع البيانات المتعلقة بتقديم خدمات العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي باستخدام نظام إدارة معلومات العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBVIMS).

• المشاركة في إدارة الخط الساخن.

• التأكد من الالتزام بالمبادئ الأساسية لإدارة الحالات، مثل التركيز على الناجين، وضمان السرية.

المتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو التوجيه والإرشاد أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع المجتمعات الضعيفة.

• تدريب مهني في العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.

• خبرة في التدخلات الوقائية في بيئات اللاجئين.

• خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على إجراء التدريبات والتوعية.

• مهارات في استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر.

• مهارات تنظيم ذاتي جيدة وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بشكل فعال.

RDFL is looking for a Case Manager to join their team in Beirut, Lebanon. The selected individual will be responsible for providing case management support to individuals who are harmed or at risk of harm, including conducting documentation, assessments, action plans, direct service provision, referrals, and follow-ups.

Job Details:

• Sector(s) of Intervention: Advocacy and Awareness, Gender Issues.

• Application Deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2025.

• Contract Type: Full-time.

• Job Duration: 1 year.

• Salary Range: Between 800 and 1200 USD per month.

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Guidance and Counseling, or relevant field.

• Experience Requirements: 2-3 years working with vulnerable communities.

• Languages Required:

  • Arabic: Fluent.

  • English: Excellent.

  • French: Not required.

• Location: Beirut – Mount Lebanon, Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify cases harmed or at risk and provide individual case management support, including documentation, assessments, action plans, direct services, referrals, and follow-ups.

• Make recommendations to ensure spaces are safe and appropriate for case management.

• Provide basic emotional support for urgent cases.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of vulnerable cases, including environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors.

• Ensure the preparation of accurate case plans for high-risk cases with clear outcomes and timelines.

• Monitor and follow up the outcomes of assistance provided.

• Conduct awareness sessions on GBV and SRHR in coordination with the project coordinator.

• Coordinate with other service providers for effective referrals, follow-up, and information sharing.

• Advocate with institutions and service providers to help beneficiaries access resources and services.

• Manage case documentation, including profiling, referrals, and monthly reporting, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collect and manage GBV data using the GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS).

• Participate in hotline management.

• Adhere to guiding principles of GBV case management, including survivor-centered approach and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Guidance and Counseling, or a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable communities.

• Professional training in Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

• Experience in protection interventions with refugees.

• Experience working with NGOs.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct training and awareness sessions.

• Strong computer skills.

• Good self-organization and time management skills.
