تعلن منظمة “Save The Children” عن فرص عمل شاغرة لمناصب مسؤولين تعليميين في بيروت، لبنان. في هذا الدور الحيوي، سيتولى الموظف مسؤولية تنفيذ برنامج التعليم غير الرسمي تحت إشراف منسق التعليم وبدعم من مدير برنامج التعليم وحماية الطفل.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• القطاع/القطاعات: الأطفال والشباب.

• آخر مهلة للتقديم: الخميس، 17 أبريل 2025.

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل.

• مدة الوظيفة: 8 أشهر.

• الراتب: بين 1500 و 2000 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

• المؤهلات التعليمية: درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل في مجالات التعليم، أو الدراسات الإنسانية، أو العلوم الاجتماعية).

• متطلبات الخبرة: بين سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التعليم، ويفضل في بيئة منظمات غير حكومية (NGO) أو في بيئات تعليمية.

• اللغات المطلوبة:

  • العربية: بطلاقة.

  • الإنجليزية: بطلاقة.

  • الفرنسية: غير مطلوب.

• الموقع: بيروت، لبنان.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ برنامج التعليم غير الرسمي بالتنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين.

• ضمان تنفيذ البرنامج بشكل فعّال وفي الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على أعلى جودة تقنية.

• مراقبة سير العمل وتوثيق التقارير اللازمة.

• دعم الشركاء لتنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية وتقييم الأداء.

• تقديم التقييم المستمر للبرنامج واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في حال حدوث أي تغيرات في السياق.

• تخصيص 75% من وقت العمل الميداني لدعم الأنشطة على الأرض.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم، الدراسات الإنسانية أو أي مجال ذو صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التعليم، ويفضل في بيئات المنظمات غير الحكومية.

• قدرة على إدارة الفرق وضمان التسليم الجيد للمشاريع التعليمية.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية في البيانات النوعية والكمية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر (Microsoft Office).

• القدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع الزملاء والمجتمع المحلي.

• الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Save The Children is currently seeking Education Officers to join their team in Beirut, Lebanon. The Education Officer will be responsible for implementing the non-formal education programme, working closely with the Education Coordinator and with support from the Education and Child Protection Programme Manager.

Job Details:

• Sector(s) of Intervention: Children and Youth.

• Application Deadline: Thursday, April 17, 2025.

• Contract Type: Full-time.

• Job Duration: 8 months.

• Salary Range: Between 1500 and 2000 USD per month.

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Development/Humanitarian Studies, Social Science, or other related fields).

• Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in education, preferably in an NGO setting or educational environment.

• Languages Required:

  • Arabic: Fluent.

  • English: Fluent.

  • French: Not required.

• Location: Beirut, Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the non-formal education programme in collaboration with local partners.

• Ensure the programme is implemented effectively and on time with high technical quality.

• Monitor program processes and ensure timely reporting.

• Support partners in educational activities and performance evaluation.

• Conduct ongoing assessments and take necessary actions in case of any changes in context.

• Dedicate 75% of the work time to field-based activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanitarian Studies, Social Science, or related field.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in education, preferably in NGO environments or educational settings.

• Proven ability to manage teams and ensure the timely delivery of educational programmes.

• Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the local community.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
