تبحث منظمة RDFL عن سائقين (Driver) للانضمام إلى فريق عملها في بيروت. يُشترط للوظيفة أن يكون المتقدم قادرًا على توفير وسائل النقل لفريق العمل في الميدان وتقديم الدعم اللوجستي.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• القطاع/القطاعات: المناصرة والتوعية، قضايا النوع الاجتماعي.

• آخر مهلة للتقديم: الأحد، 20 أبريل 2025.

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل.

• مدة الوظيفة: حتى نهاية العام.

• الراتب: أقل من 800 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

• المؤهلات التعليمية: غير مطلوبة.

• متطلبات الخبرة: من سنة إلى سنتين.

• اللغات المطلوبة:

  • العربية: بطلاقة.

  • الإنجليزية: مبتدئ.

  • الفرنسية: غير مطلوبة.

• الموقع: بيروت، لبنان.

المهام الرئيسية:

• نقل الفريق إلى الميدان.

• نقل البضائع، المعدات، أو الركاب إلى الوجهات المحددة بشكل آمن وفي الوقت المحدد.

• تحميل وتفريغ البضائع أو المعدات عند الحاجة.

• تخطيط الطرق واتباع الجداول الزمنية لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد.

• الحفاظ على نظافة وصيانة المركبة.

• إجراء الفحوصات الدورية للمركبة والتأكد من إجراء الصيانة الروتينية.

• التواصل الفعال مع الزملاء.

• إدارة الوثائق اللازمة مثل ملاحظات التسليم، دفاتر السجلات، وفواتير الوقود بدقة ووفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.

• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بسلامة الطرق والسلوك.

• التواصل مع منسق المشروع وضابط اللوجستيات للحصول على موافقة على جميع المهام.

• أداء مهام إضافية حسب طلب المدير المباشر أو ضابط اللوجستيات.

المتطلبات:

• يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم سيارة.

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول صادرة عن الجهة المختصة.

• خبرة مثبتة في العمل كسائق أو في دور مشابه.

• سجل قيادة نظيف بدون مخالفات أو حوادث كبيرة.

• موثوق، دقيق في المواعيد، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.

• مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص ممتازة.

• القدرة على التكيف مع جدول عمل مرن، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية إذا لزم الأمر.

RDFL Organization Announces Job Openings: Driver Positions in Beirut, Lebanon

RDFL Organization is seeking drivers (Driver) to join its team in Beirut. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing transportation services to the field team and supporting logistical operations.

Job Details:

• Sector(s) of Intervention: Advocacy and Awareness, Gender Issues.

• Application Deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2025.

• Contract Type: Full-time.

• Job Duration: Till the end of the year.

• Salary Range: Less than 800 USD per month.

• Education Level: Not required.

• Experience Requirements: 1-2 years.

• Languages Required:

  • Arabic: Fluent.

  • English: Basic.

  • French: Not required.

• Location: Beirut, Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting the team to the field.

• Transporting goods, equipment, and/or passengers to and from specified destinations safely and on time.

• Loading and unloading goods or equipment as required.

• Planning routes and following schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.

• Conducting regular vehicle inspections and ensuring routine maintenance.

• Communicating effectively with colleagues.

• Handling necessary documentation such as delivery notes, logbooks, and fuel receipts accurately and submitting them according to company procedures.

• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding road safety and conduct.

• Communicating with the project coordinator and logistics officer to get approval for all tasks.

• Performing other duties as requested by the Line Manager or Logistics Officer.

Requirements:

• Must have a car.

• Valid driver’s license issued by the relevant authority.

• Proven work experience as a Driver or in a similar role.

• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
