أعلنت مؤسسة القرض الحسن اليوم السبت، عن استئناف صرف كمبيالات التعويضات ابتداءً من يوم الثلاثاء 15 نيسان 2025، في الفروع المحددة لذلك، وذلك بناءً على قرار لجنة التعويضات المركزية. وأوضحت المؤسسة في مذكرة إدارية أنه سيتم صرف كل كمبيالة بعد مرور 35 يومًا من تاريخ استحقاقها المحدد في الكمبيالة.

تفصيل المرحلة الأولى من الصرف

كان قد صدر عن المؤسسة بيان في 31 آذار 2025، يفيد بإتمام المرحلة الأولى من صرف تعويضات المتضررين من الحرب في إطار مشروع “الإيواء والترميم”، حيث تم صرف 75% من إجمالي قيمة التعويضات المقدرة. وبسبب استكمال التحضيرات للمرحلة الثانية، قررت لجنة التعويضات المركزية تأجيل صرف كمبيالات “أشرف الناس” ابتداءً من يوم السبت 29/03/2025، على أن يتم صرفها في موعد أقصاه 15/04/2025.

تحضيرات المرحلة الثانية

بناءً على ما تقدم، تعود مؤسسة القرض الحسن إلى دفع الكمبيالات التي تم إصدارها مسبقًا بعد انقضاء المهلة المحددة، مما يشير إلى استمرار العمل في تنفيذ المشروع وتنفيذ خطة التعويضات لجميع المتضررين من الحرب. هذه الخطوة تعكس حرص المؤسسة على تقديم الدعم المالي للأسر المتضررة وفقًا للخطط المحددة.

The foundation clarified in an administrative memo that each promissory note will be paid 35 days after its stated maturity date.

Details of the First Payment Phase

Earlier, on March 31, 2025, the foundation issued a statement confirming the completion of the first phase of compensation payments to those affected by the war, as part of the “Sheltering and Reconstruction” project, during which 75% of the total compensation value was paid. Due to ongoing preparations for the second phase, the Central Compensation Committee decided to postpone the payment of “Ashraf Al-Nas” promissory notes starting from Saturday, March 29, 2025, with the new deadline set for April 15, 2025.

Accordingly, Al-Qard Al-Hassan will resume paying out previously issued promissory notes after the specified delay period, signifying continued progress in implementing the project and fulfilling the compensation plan for all those impacted by the war.
