أكدت الرابطة في بيانها أن الأزمة الراهنة تجاوزت كل الخطوط الحمراء، مشيرةً إلى أن المتعاقدين لم يتلقوا بدل الإنتاجية البالغ 375 دولارًا شهريًا منذ شهر شباط، إضافة إلى حرمانهم من التعويض الصيفي الذي يعدّ حقًا مكتسبًا لهم. كما لفت البيان إلى تأخر دفع مستحقات الفصل الأول، ما فاقم الوضع المالي للأساتذة.

قرار الحكومة: العودة إلى نقطة الصفر

أشار البيان إلى أن المعالجة الحكومية تراجعت إلى ما قبل الصفر، في ظل بطء واضح في الإجراءات المالية، وتجاهل المرسوم رقم 13020 الذي ينص على زيادة أجر الساعة. حيث لا يزال أجر الساعة عند 150 ألف ليرة فقط، أي ما يعادل 1.7 دولار أمريكي، في حين أن الزيادة المقررة التي ترفع الأجر إلى 4 دولارات ما زالت مجرد حبر على ورق.

لم يعد المطلب الأساسي للمتعاقدين يقتصر على التثبيت، بل امتد ليشمل توفير الحد الأدنى من مقومات العيش، حيث شدد البيان على أن دفع المساعدة الصيفية بات ضروريًا لاستمرار العملية التعليمية. وأكد المتعاقدون أن “المدارس ستبقى مفتوحة فقط لتوقيع الحضور، دون الدخول إلى الصفوف”، في ظل التزامهم بالإضراب العام.
