أصدرت العلاقات الإعلامية في حزب الله صباح اليوم الخميس بيانًا رسميًا، حذرت فيه من انتشار المعلومات المفبركة التي تُنسب زورًا إلى مصادر في الحزب أو إلى مسؤولين فيه. وأكد البيان أن هذه المعلومات “عارية عن الصحة جملة وتفصيلًا”، مشددًا على أن الحزب لا يُعبِّر عن أي موقف رسمي إلا من خلال القنوات المعلنة والمعروفة.

وأوضح البيان: “في الآونة الأخيرة، تداولت بعض وسائل الإعلام أخبارًا ومعلومات منسوبة إلى مصادر في حزب الله أو إلى مسؤولين فيه. إلا أن تلك الادعاءات هي مجرد افتراءات، ولا صحة لها بأي شكل من الأشكال.”

وأضاف البيان: “تؤكد العلاقات الإعلامية، ما أصبح معلومًا للجميع، أنه لا يوجد في حزب الله أي مصادر مجهولة. مواقف الحزب تصدر حصريًا من خلال البيانات الرسمية الصادرة عن العلاقات الإعلامية أو عبر تصريحات مسؤولي الحزب في المواقع الرسمية.”

كما اختتم البيان بدعوة وسائل الإعلام إلى توخي الدقة والمهنية في تغطياتها الصحفية، والامتناع عن نشر أو تبني أي معلومات غير صادرة عن المصادر الرسمية في الحزب. كما أعربت العلاقات الإعلامية عن استعدادها التام لتقديم الإيضاحات اللازمة لوسائل الإعلام، “تعزيزًا للمصداقية والمهنية، وتجنبًا لنشر معلومات قد تضلل الرأي العام.”

وإن هذا التحذير ليس الأول من نوعه، بل يأتي ضمن سلسلة من البيانات السابقة التي نددت باستخدام مصطلح “مصادر في حزب الله” أو “مسؤول حزبي مطّلع” كمصادر لمعلومات صحافية غالبًا ما تكون مفبركة أو مجتزأة. وقد ازداد تداول هذه الظاهرة في الأسابيع الأخيرة، مع تصاعد التوترات الإقليمية، خصوصًا على جبهة الجنوب اللبناني، حيث نسبت بعض الوسائل الإعلامية مواقف وتحليلات للحزب حول المواجهة مع إسرائيل أو الوضع في غزة أو العلاقات الإيرانية – الخليجية.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن العلاقات الإعلامية كانت قد أصدرت في السنوات الماضية بيانات مماثلة، خاصة خلال العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة عام 2021، أو بعد انفجار مرفأ بيروت، حيث تم تداول تقارير إعلامية نسبت مواقف للحزب في مواضيع حساسة، قبل أن يتم نفيها رسميًا.

The media relations office of Hezbollah issued an official statement today, Thursday, warning of the increasing circulation of fabricated information falsely attributed to sources within the party or to its officials. The statement stressed that such information is “entirely false,” emphasizing that Hezbollah only communicates official positions through its announced and recognized channels.

The statement read: “Recently, some media outlets have been circulating news and information attributed to sources within Hezbollah or to its officials. These claims are baseless and entirely untrue.”

The statement further added: “The media relations office once again affirms what has been widely known, that there are no ‘sources' within Hezbollah. The party's official positions are exclusively communicated through official statements issued by the media relations office or through remarks made by its officials on official party platforms.”

The statement concluded by urging the media to exercise the highest standards of accuracy and objectivity in their reporting, and to refrain from publishing or adopting any information not issued by Hezbollah’s official channels. The media relations office also expressed its full readiness to provide necessary clarifications to the media to “promote professionalism and credibility, and avoid disseminating misleading information that could misguide public opinion.”

This warning is not the first of its kind, as it follows a series of previous statements condemning the use of terms like “sources within Hezbollah” or “an informed party official” as sources for news stories that are often either fabricated or distorted. This phenomenon has been particularly prevalent in recent weeks, with rising regional tensions, especially on the southern Lebanese front. Some media outlets have attributed positions and analyses to Hezbollah regarding the confrontation with Israel, the situation in Gaza, or Iranian-Gulf relations.

It is noteworthy that the media relations office has issued similar statements in previous years, particularly during the Israeli aggression on Gaza in 2021, and after the Beirut port explosion, where media reports attributed statements to Hezbollah on sensitive issues, only for these to be officially denied later.
