تعلن منظمة INSO عن فرص عمل جديدة في لبنان لموظف/ة مسؤول عن الأمور المالية (Finance Officer) ضمن قطاع السلامة والأمن. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى دعم فريق المنظمة في إدارة العمليات المالية والإشراف على حسابات المنظمة في لبنان.

المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة
الخبرة المطلوبة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات
اللغات المطلوبة: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة، الفرنسية جيدة
المهام الرئيسية:
تلقي السجلات المحاسبية الشهرية والتأكد من صحتها من خلال المطابقة مع الوثائق الداعمة.
متابعة المدفوعات للتأكد من سداد الموردين وفقًا للعقود أو أوامر الشراء الصالحة.
مراقبة المعاملات البنكية والنقدية اليومية وضمان الامتثال للضوابط المالية.
تحديث سجلات الحسابات في النظام المالي (SUNSYSTEM).
التأكد من أن كافة الوثائق المحاسبية محفوظة بطريقة آمنة ومنظمة.
دعم المدير المالي في إعداد التقارير المالية ومقارنة الأداء الفعلي مع الميزانية.
تقديم الدعم المالي للأقسام الأخرى في المنظمة والتفاعل مع المكاتب الميدانية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مشابه، ويفضل أن تكون في المنظمات غير الحكومية.
مهارات متقدمة في استخدام البرمجيات المالية وMicrosoft Office.
قدرة على التعامل مع البيانات المالية الكبيرة.
معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة المالية واللوائح.

INSO is announcing a job opening for a Finance Officer to join their team in Lebanon, specifically within the Safety and Security sector. The role will support the organization's financial operations and oversee the accounts within Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive monthly accounting journals and verify their accuracy by reconciling all entries with supporting documentation.
Ensure that suppliers are paid according to valid contracts or purchase orders.
Monitor daily bank and cash transactions to ensure proper financial controls are in place.
Update accounting records in the financial system (SUNSYSTEM).
Maintain secure and organized records of accounting documentation.
Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports and comparing actual performance to budget.
Provide financial support to various departments and interact with field offices.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGOs.
Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to process large volumes of financial data.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
