نائب لبناني يحذر من أطماع إسرائيل المتكررة في المناطق الحدودية

في موقف يعكس تصاعد التوتر على الحدود الجنوبية للبنان، حذر عضو كتلة “التنمية والتحرير”، النائب قاسم هاشم، من استمرار اعتداءات إسرائيل على الأراضي اللبنانية، مؤكدًا أن ما قامت به إسرائيل صباح اليوم من أعمال تجريف في منطقة بركة النقار خارج الجزء المحتل من مزارع شبعا يُعتبر “خرقًا واضحًا للسيادة اللبنانية، وانتهاكًا للقرارات الدولية، وخاصة القرار 1701”.

وفي بيان رسمي، شدد هاشم على أن “الاعتداء الإسرائيلي الجديد الذي استهدف الأراضي اللبنانية في هذه المنطقة الحدودية هو جزء من مخطط متواصل لتعزيز الأطماع الإسرائيلية في الجنوب اللبناني”. وأضاف أن هذا التصعيد يُظهر النوايا العدوانية المستمرة لإسرائيل، ما يستدعي موقفًا لبنانيًا موحدًا للوقوف في وجه هذه السياسات.

وأشار هاشم إلى أن “التوقيت المريب لهذا الانتهاك، والذي تزامن مع زيارة المبعوثة الأميركية مورغان أورتاغوس إلى بيروت، يكشف عن محاولة إسرائيلية لتكثيف الضغوط على لبنان”، لافتًا إلى أن “استمرار القصف الإسرائيلي اليومي للقرى الجنوبية يشكل جزءًا من تصعيد ممنهج يهدف إلى فرض أجندات أميركية وإسرائيلية على لبنان”.

النائب هاشم أكد أن لبنان كان قد رفض في السابق، وسيستمر في رفض أي مبادرة تهدف إلى الالتفاف على الحقوق الوطنية للبنانيين. وأشار إلى الاقتراح الغربي المدعوم من واشنطن بتشكيل “لجان مدنية” في المناطق الحدودية، محذرًا من أن هذه اللجان قد تفتح الباب أمام ترتيبات أمنية تهدد سيادة لبنان.

كما لفت هاشم إلى أن هذا الموضوع كان من بين الملفات التي جرى مناقشتها بين المسؤولين اللبنانيين والمبعوثين الأميركيين والأوروبيين في الأشهر الأخيرة. ومن ضمن محاولات فرض واقع جديد على الحدود الجنوبية، أضاف أن هذه المحاولات تزامنت مع تصعيد الضغوط السياسية والاقتصادية.

وأوضح النائب هاشم في بيانه أن “استمرار الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية، وتغاضي المجتمع الدولي عن هذه الممارسات، يتحمل مسؤوليتها الدول الراعية لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وعلى رأسها الإدارة الأميركية”. وندد بتصرفات واشنطن التي تدعم إسرائيل سياسيًا وعسكريًا على حساب السيادة اللبنانية.

في ختام بيانه، أكد هاشم أن “السكوت على هذه الانتهاكات لم يعد مقبولًا”، مطالبًا الموقف الرسمي اللبناني بأن يكون واضحًا في رفض أي مشروع يهدد المصلحة الوطنية اللبنانية. كما دعا إلى توحيد الموقف اللبناني الرسمي والشعبي لمواجهة هذه المحاولات، كما تم إفشال محاولات مشابهة في الماضي.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الحدود اللبنانية الفلسطينية شهدت تصعيدًا متزايدًا في الأشهر الأخيرة، حيث تقوم إسرائيل بتنفيذ أعمال عسكرية وهندسية داخل وخارج المناطق المحتلة، وبالأخص في مزارع شبعا وتلال كفرشوبا، في انتهاك متكرر للقرار الدولي 1701 الذي تم اعتماده بعد حرب تموز 2006. كما ارتبط هذا التصعيد بالاستهداف الإسرائيلي المستمر للقرى الجنوبية، مما أدى إلى وقوع ضحايا ودمار في الممتلكات.

يُذكر أن القوى السياسية اللبنانية تواصل التأكيد على ضرورة أن أي مسعى دولي يجب أن يراعي ثوابت لبنان في الحفاظ على السيادة والحقوق. وفي هذا السياق، تمكّن لبنان من إفشال محاولات سابقة كانت تهدف إلى فرض تعديلات على مهام قوات “اليونيفيل” أو تمرير مشاريع تنموية مشبوهة في المناطق الحدودية.

In a sharp response to rising tensions along Lebanon's southern border, Member of Parliament Qassem Hashem, from the “Development and Liberation” bloc, condemned Israel’s actions this morning, which involved land leveling in the Birkat al-Naqar area outside the occupied part of the Shebaa Farms. Hashem described this move as a “clear violation of Lebanese sovereignty and a breach of the ceasefire and international resolutions, notably UNSC Resolution 1701.”

In an official statement, Hashem emphasized that “this renewed aggression, which has been ongoing along the Blue Line, reflects Israel's continuous hostile intentions and its perpetual territorial ambitions, especially in Lebanon's border regions.” He argued that such acts necessitate a unified national stance to confront these aggressive policies.

Hashem pointed out that “the timing of this Israeli violation is suspicious, coinciding with the visit of U.S. envoy Morgan Ortagus to Beirut, alongside the daily Israeli bombardment of southern villages.” He believes that this coordinated escalation is part of a systematic campaign to exert further pressure on the Lebanese state and to impose U.S.-Israeli agendas, including proposals such as civilian committees, which, in his view, seek to gradually subjugate Lebanon.

The Lebanese MP also underscored Lebanon’s firm rejection of any principle that seeks to bypass national rights, referencing a Western-backed proposal, supported by Washington, to establish “civilian committees” in border areas in an effort to ease tensions. Hashem cautioned that such committees carry a political undertone, which could pave the way for security arrangements that would negatively impact Lebanon's sovereignty.

This idea had been discussed in recent months between U.S. and European envoys and Lebanese officials as part of attempts to impose a new reality on Lebanon's southern borders, coinciding with increased political and economic pressure on the country.

In his statement, Hashem further criticized the international community's complacency, pointing fingers at the U.S. for attempting to impose its will on the region, “even at the expense of Lebanese national sovereignty,” due to its unwavering support for Israel politically and militarily.

Hashem concluded by asserting that “tolerating these violations is no longer acceptable,” urging the Lebanese government to take a clear official stance against any project that contradicts national interests. He also called for the unification of both official and popular Lebanese positions to thwart these attempts, as they have been successfully defeated in the past.

It is important to note that the Lebanese-Palestinian border has witnessed a rising wave of tension in recent months, with Israel carrying out military and engineering operations inside and outside the occupied areas, particularly in the Shebaa Farms and Kfarshouba Hills, in repeated violation of UNSC Resolution 1701, which was adopted after the July 2006 war. This escalation has been accompanied by an increased Israeli targeting of southern Lebanese villages, causing significant damage to property and civilian casualties.

Lebanese political forces continue to insist that any international effort must be based on Lebanon's commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and rights.
