السنيورة يندد بالاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على لبنان: “لا يمكن القبول باستمرار هذه الاستباحة”

أدان رئيس الوزراء السابق فؤاد السنيورة في بيان له، الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية المتكررة على لبنان، مشيرًا إلى الهجوم الذي استهدف فجر اليوم شقة سكنية في مدينة صيدا، والذي أسفر عن استشهاد عدد من المدنيين الأبرياء وترويع الآمنين في المنطقة.

وأشار السنيورة إلى أن هذا الهجوم هو جزء من الاعتداءات المستمرة التي تُنفذها إسرائيل على الأراضي اللبنانية، موضحًا أنه لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال القبول بما وصفه بـ “استباحة” لبنان من قبل إسرائيل. وقال السنيورة في بيانه: “إذا كان المطلوب تنفيذ القرار الدولي 1701، فإن إسرائيل هي المنتهك الأول لهذا القرار، وهي المخالفة الأكبر للتفاهمات الدولية المتعلقة بتنفيذه.”

وأضاف السنيورة أن “الراعيين الدوليين يجب عليهما الضغط على إسرائيل لوقف هذه الاعتداءات المتكررة على لبنان.”

وكانت الطائرات الحربية الإسرائيلية قد شنت فجر اليوم الجمعة، غارة جوية على شقة سكنية في مدينة صيدا جنوب لبنان، أسفرت عن استشهاد ثلاثة أشخاص على الأقل، من بينهم القيادي البارز في حركة حماس، حسن فرحات، الذي كان موجودًا في الشقة المستهدفة.

Senioura Condemns Israeli Attacks on Lebanon: “We Cannot Accept This Violation”

Former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora condemned the repeated Israeli attacks on Lebanon, specifically highlighting the airstrike that targeted a residential apartment in Sidon early this morning, resulting in the martyrdom of innocent civilians and causing panic among the residents.

Siniora's statement emphasized that such attacks are part of a series of ongoing Israeli violations against Lebanon, stressing that it is unacceptable to allow Israel to “violate” Lebanese sovereignty in this manner. He stated, “If the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 is required, Israel is the primary violator of this resolution and the biggest breach of the international agreements made to implement it.”

Siniora added that “international sponsors must pressure Israel to stop these continuous assaults on Lebanon.”

The Israeli Air Force conducted a strike early this morning on a residential apartment in Sidon, southern Lebanon, killing at least three people, including prominent Hamas leader Hassan Farhat, who was reportedly present at the targeted apartment.

Later today, southern Lebanon, including the road to Bent Jbeil, was also targeted by sporadic Israeli airstrikes, one of which hit a car, injuring two people with varying degrees of wounds. The Ministry of Health confirmed that the injured were transferred to the hospital for treatment.
