حاكم مصرف لبنان يحدد ظهوره الإعلامي حصريًا على “تلفزيون لبنان”
في خطوة لافتة بعد تعيينه حاكمًا لمصرف لبنان، قام الحاكم كريم سعيد بزيارة وزير الإعلام المحامي بول مرقص يوم الجمعة في مكتبه بـ”تلفزيون لبنان” في تلة الخياط.
تعاون إعلامي وتفاهم مشترك
شهد اللقاء أجواء ودية، حيث تم التباحث حول سبل التعاون الإعلامي بين المصرف المركزي وتلفزيون لبنان، مع التأكيد على دعم الإعلام الرسمي في لبنان. كما تم التفاهم على تسليط الضوء على التحديات الراهنة التي يواجهها التلفزيون الوطني، في ظل المرحلة الجديدة التي يمر بها المصرف المركزي.
جولة تفقدية في استوديوهات التلفزيون
بعد اللقاء، قام الحاكم كريم سعيد بجولة في استوديوهات التلفزيون واطلع على الأوضاع العامة في المؤسسة الإعلامية. من جهته، قدم الوزير مرقص شرحًا مفصلاً عن الوضع القائم، مؤكدًا الحاجة الملحة لدعم حكومي عاجل، بالإضافة إلى دعم القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى، من أجل النهوض بالمؤسسة الوطنية. كما ذكر مرقص أن وزارة الإعلام تعمل جاهدًا على تحسين الوضع الراهن.

الحاكم سعيد وعد الوزير مرقص بزيارة ثانية لمواصلة الاطلاع على وضع تلفزيون لبنان بشكل أكثر تفصيلًا. كما أكد أن ظهوره الإعلامي سيكون حصريًا على “تلفزيون لبنان” و “إذاعة لبنان” و “الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام” فقط، في خطوة لدعم الإعلام الوطني في لبنان.
Lebanese Central Bank Governor Restricts Media Appearances to “Lebanese Television”
In a notable move after his appointment as Governor of the Lebanese Central Bank, Kareem Said visited Minister of Information Paul Murr at his office in Lebanese Television in Tellet El Khayat on Friday.
Media Collaboration and Mutual Understanding
The meeting was characterized by a friendly atmosphere, with discussions focusing on ways to enhance media cooperation between the Central Bank and Lebanese Television. The aim is to shed light on the challenges faced by the national television and to support the Central Bank's new phase.
Tour of the Television Studio
Following the meeting, Governor Kareem Said toured the television station's studios and got a general overview of the situation at the institution. Minister Murr provided a detailed explanation about the current situation and stressed the urgent need for governmental support, as well as the involvement of all productive sectors to help elevate the national institution. He also highlighted the ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Information to improve the situation.
Promise of a Second Visit and Media Focus on National Channels
Governor Said promised to make another visit to Lebanese Television to further explore the station's condition. He assured Minister Murr that his media appearances would be exclusively on “Lebanese Television”, “Lebanese Radio”, and “National News Agency”, as part of an effort to support Lebanon's national media.
