في ظل الأوضاع المتوترة في لبنان، تلقى رئيس الجمهورية اللبناني جوزاف عون معلومات خلال اجتماعه مع الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد، الرئيس القبرصي نيكوس أناستاسيادس، و رئيس وزراء اليونان كيرياكوس ميتسوتاكيس بشأن التهديدات الإسرائيلية المستمرة على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت.
التهديدات الإسرائيلية والانتهاكات المستمرة
خلال الاجتماع، نقل الرئيس عون المعلومات المتعلقة بالاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على الضاحية الجنوبية إلى المشاركين، مؤكداً أنه يتابع التطورات لحظة بلحظة. وأوضح الرئيس اللبناني أن الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية والتهديدات المتواصلة هي استمرار لانتهاك إسرائيل للاتفاق الذي تشرف عليه كل من فرنسا و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وفي هذا السياق، دعا الرئيس عون المجتمع الدولي إلى وضع حد لهذه الاعتداءات والإصرار على إلزام إسرائيل بالاتفاقات التي تعهدت بها لبنان.
التنسيق بين لبنان وسوريا
في اتصال مع الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد بحضور الرئيس ماكرون، أكد عون على ضرورة التنسيق بين البلدين لمعالجة القضايا العالقة، وخاصة موضوع الحدود المشتركة. كما شدد الرئيس اللبناني على أهمية الاستفادة من المساعدة الفرنسية في حل قضية النازحين السوريين في لبنان، داعياً إلى تسهيل عودتهم إلى سوريا للعيش بكرامة، مع التأكيد على أن أي عقبات يمكن معالجتها من خلال التعاون بين جميع الأطراف.
إدانة الاعتداءات ودعوة للتحرك السريع
وفي إطار آخر، طالب الرئيس عون بعد لقائه مع الرئيس ماكرون في قصر الإليزيه بإدانة أي اعتداء على لبنان أو أي محاولة لإعادته إلى دوامة العنف. كما دعا أصدقاء لبنان إلى التحرك بسرعة لوقف التدهور الأمني في البلاد ومساعدة لبنان في تطبيق القرارات الدولية التي تضمن حقوقه.
قضايا لبنان الأخرى
تناول الرئيس عون خلال اللقاء عدداً من القضايا المهمة، حيث أشار إلى أن لبنان يعد من بين الدول التي تستضيف أكبر نسبة من النازحين واللاجئين في العالم. كما أكد على رغبة لبنان في بناء دولته والسيطرة على أراضيه بالكامل، وهو ما يتطلب الدعم الدولي. وأوضح أن هناك حوالي 400 ألف نازح سوري بحاجة إلى خطة تمويل دولية لعودتهم إلى سوريا.
الأزمة المالية والنقدية وتطبيق القرارات الدولية
وفيما يخص الأزمة المالية والنقدية، أكد الرئيس عون أن لبنان قد بدأ في مسار الخروج من الأزمة المالية، وأنه بحاجة إلى دعم دولي لإتمام ذلك. كما شدد على ضرورة استعادة الأراضي المحتلة من قبل إسرائيل، داعياً إلى تطبيق قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، بما في ذلك العودة إلى اتفاقية الهدنة لعام 1949.
لبنان في محيط مستقر

Lebanese President Aoun Appeals to Lebanon's Friends Amid Israeli Threats
In light of the escalating tensions in Lebanon, President of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, received information during his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades, and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis regarding the ongoing Israeli threats targeting Southern Beirut’s Dahiyeh.
Israeli Violations and Ongoing Threats
During the meeting, President Aoun shared information about Israeli attacks on the Southern Dahiyeh and assured that he is monitoring developments closely. He clarified that these Israeli violations and the continuous threats are part of Israel’s ongoing disregard for the agreements sponsored by France and the United States. In this context, President Aoun called on the international community to put an end to these attacks and to force Israel to adhere to the agreements that it has committed to with Lebanon.
Coordination Between Lebanon and Syria
In a phone call with Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, with President Macron present, Aoun stressed the importance of coordination between the two countries to address ongoing issues, especially regarding the shared borders. He also emphasized the importance of leveraging French assistance to find a quick solution for the issue of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, ensuring their safe return to Syria with dignity, while emphasizing that any obstacles could be resolved through cooperation among all parties.
Condemnation of Attacks and a Call for Swift Action
Moreover, during his meeting with President Macron at the Élysée Palace, President Aoun called for the condemnation of any attack on Lebanon and any attempt to drag the country back into the cycle of violence. He also urged Lebanon’s friends to act swiftly to halt the security deterioration and to support Lebanon in implementing international resolutions.
Other Lebanese Issues
During the meeting, President Aoun highlighted several key issues, noting that Lebanon hosts one of the highest rates of refugees and displaced persons globally. He stressed Lebanon's desire to build its state and assert control over its land, which requires international support. He also pointed out that around 400,000 Syrian refugees need a global financing plan for their return to Syria.
Financial and Monetary Crisis and International Resolutions
Concerning Lebanon’s financial and monetary crisis, President Aoun confirmed that Lebanon has begun its path to recovery, but it still requires international support to continue this process. He also emphasized the need to regain the occupied territories from Israel and called for the implementation of United Nations resolutions on this matter, including the return to the 1949 Armistice Agreement.
