جمعية أبناء صيدا (ASA) تُعلن عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة لمنصب اختصاصي في العمل الاجتماعي (Social Worker) في صيدا، الجنوب، لبنان. آخر موعد لتقديم الطلبات هو الأربعاء، 2 أبريل 2025. إذا كنت تسعى للعمل في مجال التعليم و حقوق الإنسان و قضايا النوع الاجتماعي، فإن هذه الفرصة قد تكون مناسبة لك.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

التعليم: شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو تخصصات ذات صلة.
الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل الاجتماعي أو في مجالات مشابهة.
اللغات: إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة و اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد جداً (الفرنسية ليست مطلوبة).
الموقع: صيدا، الجنوب، لبنان.
نوع العقد: دوام جزئي لمدة سنة واحدة.
الراتب: بين 1200 و 1500 دولار أمريكي (بناءً على الخبرة).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التوعية والمشاركة المجتمعية: التواصل مع أفراد المجتمع، بما في ذلك في المناطق غير الرسمية، لضمان اطلاعهم على الأنشطة التي يقدمها المشروع.
تقييم الضعف: الإشراف على تقييم الضعف للأطفال المستهدفين ضمن المشروع.
التنسيق مع الفريق: التعاون الوثيق مع المعلمين ومنسقي المشروع لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بنجاح.
التوثيق والإبلاغ: إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم الأنشطة والزيارات الميدانية، والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة.
الدعم الفردي والإحالة: متابعة الحالات بشكل فردي وضمان عملية إحالة سلسة مع الجهات الخارجية.
الحملات التوعوية: تنظيم حملات توعية حول أهمية التعليم و التنمية البشرية.
التوثيق وإدارة الوسائط: التقاط صور للأنشطة، وتحديث قاعدة البيانات بشكل أسبوعي.

Job Vacancy in Lebanon at ASA Association: Social Worker Position

Abnaa Saida Association (ASA) is hiring a Social Worker for the South Lebanon region, specifically in Saida, as part of their educational, gender, and human rights programs. Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or any related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in social work or similar roles.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and good command of English (French is not required).
Location: Saida, South Lebanon.
Contract Type: Part-time for a one-year period.
Salary: Between 1200 and 1500 USD (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Community Engagement: Communicate with community members, including informal areas, to ensure they are informed about the project activities.
Vulnerability Assessment: Oversee the vulnerability assessment for targeted children in the project.
Coordination with the Team: Work closely with educators and project coordinators to ensure smooth activity implementation.

Individual Support and Referral: Follow up on individual cases and ensure smooth referral processes with external actors.
