أكّد رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللبناني، نواف سلام، أن “الضغط الدولي والعربي على إسرائيل لوقف الاعتداءات لم يستنفد بعد”، مشيرًا إلى أن “لا أحد في لبنان يريد التطبيع مع إسرائيل، وأنه مرفوض من قبل جميع اللبنانيين”. جاءت تصريحاته هذه خلال استقباله وفدًا من مجلس نقابة المحررين برئاسة جوزيف القصيفي، حيث تناول اللقاء الأوضاع الداخلية والدولية.

سلام شدد على رفض لبنان لأي محاولات تطبيع مع إسرائيل، مؤكدًا أن هذا الموقف يمثل الإجماع اللبناني، قائلاً: “التطبيع مع إسرائيل مرفوض ونحن في لبنان نرفضه تمامًا”. وتابع سلام: “هدف زيارة المبعوث الفرنسي جان إيف لودريان كان التركيز على إعادة الإعمار بعد الأزمات المتتالية التي مر بها لبنان”.
الوضع الفلسطيني: ضرورة حشد الدعم العربي والدولي
كما رفض رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية حديث إسرائيل عن تهجير سكان غزة والضفة الغربية، وإنشاء دولة فلسطينية خارج الأراضي الفلسطينية التاريخية، مؤكدًا أن لبنان سيواصل حشد الدعم العربي والدولي لمواجهة هذا المشروع، الذي وصفه بـ “التهديد الكبير”.
الإصلاح الداخلي: استقلالية القضاء وآلية التعيينات
على الصعيد الداخلي، أكّد سلام عزمه على تنفيذ الإصلاحات المالية والسياسية في لبنان، مشيرًا إلى أن مشروع استقلالية القضاء سيُحال إلى مجلس النواب قريبًا للموافقة عليه. كما تمسّك بآلية التعيينات التي أقرها مجلس الوزراء، والتي تهدف إلى إصلاح الإدارة بعيدًا عن التجاذبات السياسية، وأوضح أن أولى خطوات هذه التعيينات ستكون مع تعيين رئيس مجلس الإنماء والإعمار.
إعادة إعمار لبنان: مشروع مشترك مع فرنسا والبنك الدولي
وفيما يتعلق بملف إعادة الإعمار، أوضح سلام أن لبنان يعمل مع فرنسا والبنك الدولي والدول المانحة الأخرى للحصول على الدعم اللازم لهذا المشروع، لافتًا إلى أن البنك الدولي خصص مبلغًا قدره 250 مليون دولار لهذا الملف. وكشف سلام أنه من المتوقع عقد مؤتمر لجمع مليار دولار لتمويل مشاريع إعادة الإعمار في لبنان.
حزب الله: تمثيله في البرلمان ملاحظاته حول معادلة “الجيش والشعب والمقاومة”
وفيما يتعلق بحزب الله، أكّد سلام أن الحزب “لديه جمهوره ونوابه وتمثيله” في البرلمان، مشيرًا إلى أن ما قاله في وقت سابق هو أن معادلة “الجيش والشعب والمقاومة” قد انتهت لأن البيان الوزاري للحكومة الحالية لا يذكر هذه المعادلة، وهو يشدد على حصرية السلاح بيد الدولة.

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam affirmed that “international and Arab pressure on Israel to stop the attacks has not been exhausted,” pointing out that “no one in Lebanon wants normalization with Israel, and it is rejected by all Lebanese.” These statements were made during his meeting with a delegation from the Lebanese Press Syndicate, headed by Joseph Kossaifi, where internal and international developments were discussed.

Salam also rejected Israeli statements about the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank and the establishment of a Palestinian state outside of historic Palestine. He emphasized that Lebanon would continue to mobilize Arab and international support to confront this dangerous project.
Internal Reforms: Judicial Independence and Appointment Mechanisms
Domestically, Salam reaffirmed his commitment to implementing financial and political reforms in Lebanon, noting that the judicial independence project would soon be presented to the Lebanese parliament for approval. He also emphasized his commitment to the appointment mechanisms approved by the Cabinet, which aim to reform administration free from political disputes, with the first step being the appointment of the Chairman of the Council for Development and Reconstruction.
Lebanon's Reconstruction: A Joint Project with France and the World Bank
Regarding the reconstruction file, Salam clarified that Lebanon is working with France, the World Bank, and other donor countries to secure the necessary funding. He revealed that the World Bank has allocated $250 million for this project, with plans to hold a conference to raise $1 billion for Lebanon’s reconstruction efforts.
Hezbollah: Its Representation in Parliament and Comments on the “Army, People, Resistance” Equation
Regarding Hezbollah, Salam confirmed that the party “has its audience, its deputies, and its representation” in parliament. He also mentioned that his earlier remarks were about the “Army, People, Resistance” equation, which he stated has ended because the government’s ministerial statement does not include this equation, focusing instead on the monopoly of arms by the state.
