أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة بيانًا رسميًا حول حادثة القتل التي وقعت في منطقة جونيه صباح يوم 22 آذار 2025. بحسب البيان، وصل المدعو (س. م)، وهو سوري الجنسية، إلى مركز فصيلة جونيه في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي في الساعة 3:20 صباحًا، وأبلغ عناصر الفصيلة عن وقوع جريمة قتل في محلة المعاملتين – جونيه.
وأوضح (س. م) في إفادته أنه كان يعمل على تصليح أدوات صحية في منزل المدعو (إ. ش)، لبناني الجنسية، عندما سمع ثلاث طلقات نارية مصدرها خلف المنزل. توجه على الفور نحو مصدر الطلقات، ليكتشف جثة صاحب المنزل (إ. ش) ملقاة على الأرض ومصابة بثلاث طلقات نارية.
تم إبلاغ الأجهزة الأمنية فورًا بالحادثة، وانتقلت عناصر فصيلة جونيه إلى مكان وقوع الجريمة. بعد المعاينة الأولية للجثة، تبين أن الضحية قد تعرض لثلاث طلقات نارية قاتلة. تم نقل الجثة إلى أحد المستشفيات القريبة لإجراء الفحوصات والتحقيقات اللازمة.
خلال عمليات البحث التي تم تنفيذها في محيط المكان، تم العثور على المدعو (ح. ع)، لبناني الجنسية من مواليد 1982، وهو يحمل بندقية من نوع بومب أكشن. وبالتحقيق معه، اعترف (ح. ع) بتنفيذه جريمة قتل (إ. ش). تم على الفور توقيفه وتوجيهه إلى مفرزة جونيه القضائية لإتمام التحقيقات مع البندقية المضبوطة، بناءً على إشارات القضاء المختص.

After the Murder in Maameltein: Swift Action by Internal Security Forces
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued an official statement regarding the murder incident that occurred in the Jounieh area on March 22, 2025. According to the statement, a Syrian national named (S.M.) arrived at the Jounieh police station at 3:20 AM and reported the murder of (E.S.), a Lebanese citizen, in Maameltein – Jounieh.
(S.M.) explained in his statement that while he was repairing plumbing tools in (E.S.)'s house, he heard three gunshots coming from the back of the house. He immediately proceeded towards the sound and discovered (E.S.)'s body, which had been shot three times.
Upon receiving the report, Jounieh police officers swiftly arrived at the scene of the crime. A preliminary examination of the body revealed that (E.S.) had been killed with three gunshots. The body was then transported to a local hospital for further examination and investigation.
While conducting a search near the crime scene, Lebanese national (H.A.), born in 1982, was found carrying a pump-action shotgun. During interrogation, (H.A.) confessed to the murder of (E.S.), providing authorities with additional details about the crime. He was promptly arrested and taken to the Jounieh judicial police station along with the seized shotgun, in accordance with the directives of the competent judiciary for further investigation.
