“المطلة مقابل بيروت”… رسالةٌ حازمة من كاتس للحكومة اللبنانية
أعلن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس، اليوم السبت، أن الحكومة اللبنانية تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي إطلاق صواريخ من أراضيها تجاه إسرائيل.
وتأتي هذه التصريحات بعد إطلاق صواريخ من لبنان نحو بلدة المطلة شمال إسرائيل، في الهجوم الأول من نوعه منذ توقيع اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في تشرين الثاني الماضي بعد الحرب المدمرة بين إسرائيل وحزب الله.
وفي تصريحات صحفية عقب الهجوم، الذي تم اعتراضه بالكامل بواسطة سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي، قال كاتس: “لن نسمح باستمرار واقع إطلاق النار من لبنان على بلدات الجليل. لقد وعدنا سكان الجليل بالأمن – وهذا بالضبط ما سيحدث”.
وأضاف كاتس قائلاً: “قانون المطلة هو نفسه قانون بيروت. الحكومة اللبنانية تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي إطلاق نار من أراضيها”.
الرد الإسرائيلي على التهديدات المستقبلية
وأشار كاتس إلى أنه قد أصدر تعليماته للجيش الإسرائيلي بالرد على أي تهديدات مستقبلية “وفقاً لذلك”، مؤكداً على استعداد الجيش الإسرائيلي للتصدي لأي هجمات أخرى قد تأتي من لبنان.
وفي وقت لاحق من اليوم، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي اعتراض ثلاث قذائف صاروخية أُطلقت من لبنان باتجاه بلدة المطلة الحدودية. وتدوي صفارات الإنذار في المنطقة، ولم ترد تقارير فورية عن وقوع إصابات أو أضرار. وأوضح المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي، أفيخاي أدرعي، أنه تم تفعيل الإنذارات في الساعة 07:32 و07:34 بالتوقيت المحلي.
تأثير الهجوم على التهدئة
ووفقًا للجيش الإسرائيلي، فإن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يتم فيها إطلاق صواريخ من جنوب لبنان منذ إعلان وقف إطلاق النار في تشرين الثاني الماضي، وهو ما يعتبر انتهاكاً خطيراً للهدنة المعلنة.

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz stated on Saturday that the Lebanese government bears full responsibility for any rocket fire from its territory towards Israel.
These comments follow the rocket launch from Lebanon towards Metula, the first such attack since the November ceasefire agreement was signed after the devastating war between Israel and Hezbollah.
In remarks following the attack, which was completely intercepted by the Israeli Air Force, Katz said: “We will not allow the continued reality of rocket fire from Lebanon at the Galilee towns. We promised the Galilee residents security – and this is exactly what will happen.”
Katz added: “The law of Metula is the same as the law of Beirut. The Lebanese government bears responsibility for any firing from its territory.”
Israeli Response to Future Threats
Katz noted that he has instructed the Israeli military to respond to any future threats “accordingly,” confirming the Israeli military's readiness to counter any further attacks coming from Lebanon.
Earlier today, the Israeli military announced the interception of three rockets fired from Lebanon towards the border town of Metula. Sirens sounded in the area, with no immediate reports of casualties or damage. Israeli Defense Forces Spokesman Avichay Adraee said that the alarms were activated at 07:32 and 07:34 local time.
Impact of the Attack on the Ceasefire
According to the Israeli military, this is the first time rockets have been fired from South Lebanon since the November ceasefire was declared, which constitutes a serious violation of the truce.
The southern Lebanon area has recently seen rising tensions, with Israel continuing airstrikes on South Lebanon, Bekaa Valley, and the Lebanese-Syrian border, claiming to target Hezbollah activities, including weapon depots and military infrastructure. Israeli forces are also stationed at five points in South Lebanon to closely monitor the situation.
