“رسائل مخفية”… عميد يكشف دلالات إطلاق الصواريخ من لبنان!
شهدت الأراضي اللبنانية اليوم عملية إطلاق صواريخ باتجاه الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وهو ما أثار العديد من التساؤلات حول دلالات هذا الحدث وآفاقه المستقبلية، في ظل الضبابية التي تحيط بالجهة المسؤولة عن العملية.
وفي حديثٍ خاص لـ “ليبانون ديبايت”، يشرح أستاذ العلوم السياسية والعميد الركن الدكتور حسن جوني هذه الحادثة محاولًا فك شفرتها، حيث يرى أن “العملية التي جرت اليوم تمثل مشهدًا جديدًا بعد فترة طويلة من استهداف الداخل الإسرائيلي بصواريخ من الأراضي اللبنانية، لكن من الواضح كما أعلن الجيش اللبناني أن الصواريخ كانت بدائية الصنع، وهو ما يثير تساؤلاً مهماً: هل هذه الحادثة مجرد عمل فردي يعبر عن ردة فعل أو توجيه رسالة معينة، أم أنها بداية لعمليات متلاحقة؟ في كل الأحوال، من المبكر حاليًا الوصول إلى جواب حاسم.”
وأشار العميد جوني إلى أن هذه العملية قد تكون رسالة مرتبطة بتصاعد الأحداث في غزة، أو ربما رسالة موجهة للداخل اللبناني، لكن لا يمكن الجزم بها الآن. وأضاف أنه المهم هو أن الجيش اللبناني قام بواجبه على أكمل وجه، حيث تمكن بالتعاون مع قوات الطوارئ الدولية من تحديد مواقع المنصات البدائية للصواريخ، التي تذكرنا بمشاهد قديمة من جنوب لبنان.
وفيما يتعلق باحتمالية تكرار هذه العملية في المستقبل، لفت العميد جوني إلى أن الجيش اللبناني ملتزم بتنفيذ القرار 1701 بجدية وصرامة، مؤكداً أن لجنة المراقبة الدولية ستبقى حاضرة، وأن موقف الحكومة في هذا الإطار واضح. ومن المتوقع ألا يكون هناك مجال لتكرار مثل هذه العمليات مستقبلاً.
أما بالنسبة للتهديدات الإسرائيلية لبيروت، أكد جوني أن ردة فعل إسرائيل كانت عنيفة حيث استغلت الحادثة لعرض قوتها، مشيراً إلى أن إسرائيل تخشى أن تكون هذه العملية بداية لعودة العمليات المتفلتة غير المتبناة من أي جهة. ولكنه استبعد هذا السيناريو، مشيرًا إلى أن الجيش اللبناني المنتشر في المنطقة يواصل تطبيق قرارات المجتمع الدولي ويعمل على تجفيف الذرائع التي قد تستغلها إسرائيل.
وأكد العميد جوني في ختام حديثه على أهمية مراقبة التطورات في الفترة القادمة لمعرفة ما إذا كانت هذه العملية بداية لتكرار هذا النوع من الهجمات أم أنها مجرد رسالة عابرة. كما أكد أن حزب الله قد نفى علاقته بهذه العملية، مشيراً إلى أنه ليس من عادته إرسال رسائل بهذه الطريقة، حيث يعلن موقفه بوضوح. وأضاف أن سكان الجنوب قد تعبوا وأن المرحلة المقبلة بحاجة إلى استقرار وتعاون مع الدولة والجيش اللبناني.
ويختم العميد جوني قائلاً: “عملية إطلاق الصواريخ التي حصلت اليوم تعد خطوة ذات مردود سلبي تمامًا ضد المصلحة اللبنانية ومصلحة الجنوب، كما أن هذه العملية منحت إسرائيل الذريعة للتحرك، وقد تكون عملية مدبرة من قبل إسرائيل أكثر من كونها متعلقة بأي جهة لبنانية”.

Today, Lebanese territories witnessed a rocket attack targeting the occupied Palestinian territories, sparking many questions about the implications of this event and its future prospects, given the uncertainty surrounding the responsible party for the incident.
In an exclusive interview with “Lebanon24”, Political Science Professor and Brigadier General Dr. Hassan Jouni attempts to decode the incident, stating, “The operation that took place today represents a new scene after a long period of Israeli territory being targeted by rockets from Lebanon. However, it is clear, as the Lebanese Army declared, that the rockets were locally made, which raises an important question: Is this incident merely a one-time act expressing a reaction or a specific message, or is it the beginning of escalating operations? In any case, it is too early to give a conclusive answer.”
General Jouni suggests that this operation might be a message related to the escalation in Gaza, or perhaps a message directed towards Lebanese internal affairs, but it is not possible to confirm this now. What matters is that the Lebanese Army performed its duty, in cooperation with international peacekeepers, and succeeded in identifying the locations of the rocket launch pads, reminiscent of old scenes from South Lebanon.
Regarding the likelihood of repetition of this incident, General Jouni highlighted that the Lebanese Army is committed to implementing UN Resolution 1701 seriously and strictly, emphasizing that the International Monitoring Committee will remain present and that the government's position is clear. It is expected that there will be no room for such operations in the future.
Concerning the Israeli threats to Beirut, General Jouni noted that Israel's reaction was harsh, using the incident to display its strength, fearing that the operation might signal the return of unclaimed operations. However, he dismissed this scenario, pointing out that the Lebanese Army, deployed in the region, continues to implement international resolutions and works to eliminate any justifications that could be exploited by Israel.
In conclusion, General Jouni emphasized the importance of monitoring the developments in the coming period to determine whether this incident is the beginning of recurring attacks or just a passing message. He also confirmed that Hezbollah denied any involvement, noting that the group does not typically send messages in this way and is more likely to announce its stance clearly. He added that residents in the South are weary and that this phase requires stability and cooperation with the state and Lebanese Army.
General Jouni concluded: “The rocket launch today is entirely detrimental to Lebanon’s interests and the South, and it gave Israel the pretext to act, which may indicate that this was an Israeli-initiated operation rather than one connected to any Lebanese group.”
