“كهرباء لبنان”: لا تساهل في العدالة الكهربائية بين المناطق

أعلنت مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان في بيان رسمي لها أنه عطفًا على البيانات السابقة، وبالإشارة إلى توقف المصلحة الوطنية لنهر الليطاني عن إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية منذ يوم الإثنين 17 آذار 2025، بسبب النقص الحاد في مخزون المياه، فإن إجمالي الطاقة الكهربائية المتوفرة على الشبكة في لبنان بات يعتمد على المعامل الحرارية التابعة لمؤسسة كهرباء لبنان فقط.

وأكدت المؤسسة في بيانها على التزامها بتطبيق القوانين، بما في ذلك مبدأ المساواة في التغذية الكهربائية بين جميع المناطق اللبنانية. وأوضحت أن هذا المبدأ سيتم تطبيقه بالحد الممكن في ظل الظروف الصعبة الاستثنائية التي يشهدها لبنان في الوقت الحالي.

وفي هذا السياق، ذكرت المؤسسة أنه منذ سنوات، العاملون في المصلحة الوطنية لنهر الليطاني لم يلتزموا ببرنامج التقنين المتبع، حيث يستمرون بتغذية مخارج التوزيع في بعض المناطق على مدار الساعة أو بما يقارب 20 ساعة يوميًا، عند توفر طاقة كهرومائية من معامل الإنتاج التابعة للمصلحة. وأوضحت المؤسسة أن هذا التصرف يخالف قرارات مجلس إدارة مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان والتعليمات الواردة من مركز التنسيق في المؤسسة، مؤكدًة أنه يتعارض مع مبدأ المساواة في التغذية بين المناطق المغذاة من محطات المصلحة الوطنية لنهر الليطاني والمناطق الأخرى.

تحذير للمناطق التي تحصل على أكثر من 12 ساعة تغذية
وأضافت المؤسسة في بيانها أن المناطق المغذاة بالكهرباء من محطات المصلحة الوطنية لنهر الليطاني إذا تم تزويدها بأكثر من 12 ساعة من التغذية الكهربائية، فإن ذلك سيؤدي إلى حرمان المناطق الأخرى من ساعات التغذية المخصصة لها، بما في ذلك العاصمة بيروت. وأشارت أيضًا إلى عدم التزام بعض المناطق بدفع فواتير الكهرباء المستحقة، ودعتهم إلى سداد المستحقات لتجنب اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضدهم.

كما لفت البيان إلى أن مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان جاهزة لزيادة التغذية الكهربائية للمرافق العامة الحيوية مثل آبار المياه، محطات ضخ المياه، محطات تكرير الصرف الصحي، والمستشفيات الحكومية الواقعة ضمن نطاق التغذية من محطات المصلحة الوطنية لنهر الليطاني.

في الختام، أكدت مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان على التزامها الكامل بتطبيق الأنظمة والقوانين، ودعت جميع المواطنين إلى التقيد بها، مؤكدة أنها تسعى جاهدًا للحفاظ على استمرارية تلبية حاجات المواطنين من الطاقة في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي يعيشها لبنان، وذلك من أجل المصلحة العامة وضمان استمرارية المرفق العام.

Electricity of Lebanon issued an official statement confirming that, following its previous statements, and in light of the National Litani River Authority suspending all its hydroelectric plants since Monday, March 17, 2025, due to a severe water shortage, the total electricity available on the network is now limited to the thermal power plants operated by Electricity of Lebanon.

The company confirmed its commitment to applying the law, including the principle of equality in electricity supply between all Lebanese regions. It emphasized that this principle will be applied to the best possible extent under the current exceptional circumstances in the country.

In this context, the company pointed out that for several years, employees of the National Litani River Authority have not adhered to the power rationing program, as they continue to supply certain distribution areas around the clock, or for nearly 20 hours a day, when hydroelectric power is available from its plants. This, the company clarified, violates the decisions of the Board of Directors of Electricity of Lebanon and the instructions from the coordination center, conflicting with the legal principle of equality in electricity supply between the regions fed by the Litani authority’s plants and other areas.

Warning to Areas Receiving More than 12 Hours of Electricity
The company further warned that if areas supplied with electricity from the National Litani River Authority’s stations are given more than 12 hours of power, this will result in cutting power supply to other areas, including Beirut. It also noted that some regions have failed to pay their electricity bills, urging them to settle their dues to avoid legal action.

The statement also mentioned that Electricity of Lebanon is ready to increase power supply to vital public facilities, such as water wells, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, and government hospitals, located within the supply zones of the National Litani River Authority’s stations.
