أكد وزير الخارجية والمغتربين اللبناني يوسف رجي في مقابلة مع “فرانس24” أن لبنان يواصل بذل كل الجهود الدبلوماسية مع المجتمع الدولي من أجل إيقاف العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية على الأراضي اللبنانية بشكل نهائي، وتحقيق الانسحاب الفوري غير المشروط من جميع الأراضي اللبنانية المحتلة.
وأوضح رجي في حديثه أنه رغم أن الدولة اللبنانية تتحمل مسؤولية الحفاظ على المواطنين وأراضيها، إلا أنه يجب التذكير بمن كان السبب في الدمار الهائل والخسائر البشرية، حيث كان الجيش الإسرائيلي قد دخل القرى والبلدات الجنوبية واستمر في الاحتلال للنقاط الخمس، مشددًا على أن لبنان يعمل ليلًا ونهارًا للوصول إلى انسحاب كامل وفوري للقوات الإسرائيلية.
لبنان يرفع شكوى ضد إسرائيل بسبب الجرائم الإسرائيلية
وفيما يتعلق بتحميل المقاومة اللبنانية مسؤولية الوضع الراهن، شدد رجي على أنه ليس هو من يحمل المسؤولية، بل الوقائع التي تؤكد ذلك، مؤكدًا أن الدولة اللبنانية ستقوم برفع شكوى ضد الحكومة الإسرائيلية لمحاسبتها على الجرائم التي ارتكبتها بحق لبنان، مشيرًا إلى أن إسرائيل لا يمكن أن تُغفر لها ما تسبب به عدوانها من دمار هائل وأضرار بشرية.
وأضاف رجي:
“لكن من تسبب بكل هذه الخسائر؟ ومن ادعى دعم غزة؟ ومن أعلن مرارًا وتكرارًا أنه سيحرر القدس؟”
دعوة للانسحاب الإسرائيلي الفوري
دعا رجي إلى الانسحاب الفوري لإسرائيل من النقاط الخمس التي احتلتها في الجنوب، مطالبًا بوقف عملياتها العدائية. وقال إن الشرط الأساسي لوقف إطلاق النار يكمن في الالتزام بتنفيذ القرار الدولي 1701 بكل مندرجاته، الذي يتضمن القرارات الدولية ذات الصلة مثل 1559 و1680 والتي تتعلق بحصرية السلاح بيد الدولة اللبنانية، وهو ما لم يُطبق بعد.
كما أكد رجي أن الجيش اللبناني يقوم بعمل جبار في جنوب لبنان ويستلم المواقع التي يجب أن يتسلمها، وهذه شهادة على ما يقوم به من قبل الديبلوماسيين في المجتمع الدولي.
رفض تقديم ذرائع لإسرائيل للاستمرار في احتلال الأراضي اللبنانية
وفيما يخص تقديم ذرائع لإسرائيل للاستمرار في احتلال النقاط الخمس، أكد رجي أن الدولة اللبنانية لا تقدم أي ذرائع لإسرائيل لكي تستمر في احتلالها، مشددًا على أن الحكومة اللبنانية تقوم بكل ما يلزم لإنهاء الاحتلال والعدوان الإسرائيلي، معتبرا أن إسرائيل لا يحق لها الاستمرار في احتلال الأراضي اللبنانية لأي سبب كان.
التطبيع مع إسرائيل غير وارد
أما في ما يتعلق بمطالبات البعض داخل الحكومة اللبنانية بتحديد جدول زمني لنزع السلاح غير الشرعي، رفض رجي إعطاء تفاصيل عن المداولات داخل مجلس الوزراء، مؤكداً أن رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام هو المخول الوحيد بالحديث عن مداولات الحكومة. وأضاف أن التطبيع مع إسرائيل ليس مطروحًا على الإطلاق بالنسبة للحكومة اللبنانية، كما أن المفاوضات المباشرة مع إسرائيل غير واردة تمامًا.
ترسيم الحدود بين لبنان وسوريا
وفيما يتعلق بـ التطورات العسكرية على الحدود الشرقية، أكد رجي أن التواصل بين لبنان وسوريا قائم لمعالجتها، مشيرًا إلى أن الجيش اللبناني يتصدى لأي محاولات خرق للسيادة اللبنانية. كما أكد أن النظام السوري الجديد اعترف باستقلال لبنان واحترام سيادته، وهو ما يعزز التفاؤل بخصوص ترسيم الحدود بين البلدين.
ترسيم الحدود البرية والبحرية مع سوريا
وفيما يخص ملف ترسيم الحدود البرية الشمالية والشرقية والبحرية، أكد رجي أن لبنان يعمل على معالجة هذا الملف مع الحكومة السورية الجديدة، مشيرًا إلى أنه يعتبر مقدمة لحل كل المشاكل الحدودية بين لبنان وسوريا.

Raji stated that while Lebanon has the responsibility to protect its citizens and land, it is essential to remember who caused the immense destruction and human losses, referring to how Israeli forces entered southern villages and towns and continued their presence in the five contested points. He emphasized that Lebanon is working tirelessly to ensure the full and immediate withdrawal of Israeli forces.
Lebanon to File a Complaint Against Israel for War Crimes
Regarding accusations that the Lebanese resistance was responsible for the current situation, Raji made it clear that it was not him assigning blame, but rather the facts themselves that confirm this reality. He reiterated that Lebanon will file a complaint against Israel for the war crimes committed against Lebanon. He stated:
“But who caused all these losses? Who claimed support for Gaza and repeatedly declared they would liberate Jerusalem?”
Call for Immediate Israeli Withdrawal
Raji called for Israel’s immediate withdrawal from the five points it has occupied in southern Lebanon and for an end to its aggressive operations. He stated that the primary condition for a ceasefire is the full implementation of UNSCR 1701, including related resolutions such as 1559 and 1680, which demand the exclusive right of the Lebanese state to possess weapons, a condition that has not yet been fulfilled.
He also praised the Lebanese army for doing remarkable work in southern Lebanon, as it takes control of the areas that it should. This has been recognized by diplomats in the international community.
No Justification for Israeli Occupation
Addressing the issue of providing Israel with excuses to continue occupying Lebanon's five points, Raji emphasized that Lebanon does not provide any justifications for Israel to maintain its occupation. He added that the Lebanese government is doing everything necessary to end the Israeli occupation and aggression and emphasized that Israel has no right to continue its actions for any reason.
Normalization with Israel Not an Option
