فرنسا تحسم الجدل: لا مجال لكسر وقف إطلاق النار في لبنان وسط الجهود الدولية لانسحاب إسرائيل
في مقابلة مع “تلفزيون لبنان” – النشرة الفرنسية، أكد السفير الفرنسي هيرفي ماغرو أن الوضع في لبنان لا يشبه نظيره في غزة، رافضًا أي تشبيه بين السيناريوهين.
وأوضح ماغرو أن الأوضاع في لبنان معقدة وحساسة، إلا أن الجهود الدولية مستمرة، مشيرًا إلى أن فرنسا تعمل بشكل مكثف لمعالجة الأوضاع بعيدًا عن التأثر بالتطورات الإقليمية.
الآليات الدولية تواصل الضغط لانسحاب إسرائيل من لبنان
وحول إمكانية فرض انسحاب إسرائيلي عبر اللجنتين الخماسية والمراقبة الدولية، شدد السفير الفرنسي على أن الآلية لا تزال قيد التطوير، وهناك جهود لتحسين الحوار بين مختلف الأطراف المعنية.
وأضاف ماغرو:
“هدفنا واضح: الانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل من الأراضي اللبنانية، وقد قدمت فرنسا مقترحات عملية لا تزال قيد المناقشة”.
وأشار إلى أن هناك عدة سيناريوهات قيد الدراسة لضمان انسحاب إسرائيل من النقاط الخمس المتنازع عليها، لافتًا إلى استمرار التعاون الوثيق مع الولايات المتحدة والشركاء الدوليين لتحقيق هذا الهدف في الأسابيع المقبلة.
فرنسا ترفض ربط الدعم المالي للبنان بشروط إسرائيلية
وفيما يتعلق بتصريح المبعوث الأميركي للشرق الأوسط، ستيف ويتكوف، الذي ربط حصول لبنان على مساعدات مالية بالتفاوض أو التطبيع مع إسرائيل، أكد ماغرو أن:
“فرنسا ترى أن الإصلاحات الاقتصادية اللبنانية يجب أن تكون لمصلحة اللبنانيين، وليس مشروطة بمطالب إسرائيلية”.
وأوضح أن انتخاب الرئيس جوزاف عون وتشكيل حكومة جديدة لم يحلا المشكلات الجوهرية في لبنان، مشددًا على أن تنفيذ الإصلاحات المطلوبة دوليًا ضروري لاستعادة الثقة الاقتصادية.
كما شدد السفير الفرنسي على أهمية تعيين حاكم جديد لمصرف لبنان يتمتع بالمصداقية، مؤكدًا أن استعادة الثقة بالنظام المالي اللبناني ضرورة ملحّة في ظل الأزمات المتلاحقة.
التحديات المستمرة على الحدود اللبنانية-السورية
أما بشأن الأوضاع على الحدود اللبنانية-السورية، أشار ماغرو إلى أن التحديات تتفاقم باستمرار ولا يمكن الاستهانة بها، موضحًا أن الأوضاع في سوريا لا تزال تلقي بظلالها على لبنان وحدوده.
وقال:
“بعد سقوط النظام السوري، كان هناك بعض التفاؤل، لكن المشكلات الأساسية لا تزال قائمة، وسوريا تواجه تحديات ضخمة”.
فرنسا تواصل دعم الاستقرار اللبناني
وفي ختام حديثه، أكد السفير الفرنسي أن باريس تواصل العمل مع السلطات اللبنانية لمواكبة التطورات وفهم المشهد السياسي والاقتصادي بدقة، مشيرًا إلى أن استمرار الحوار والتنسيق الدولي ضروري لضمان استقرار لبنان.
France Ends Speculation: No Violation of Ceasefire in Lebanon as International Efforts Push for Israeli Withdrawal
In an interview with “Tele Liban”, French Ambassador Hervé Magro ruled out any comparison between Lebanon and Gaza, asserting that the situation in Lebanon is entirely different.
Magro highlighted that while Lebanon faces a complex and challenging environment, France remains committed to addressing the crisis independently of regional developments.
International Mechanisms Push for Israeli Withdrawal from Lebanon
Regarding the ability of the Quintet Committee and international monitoring bodies to enforce Israel’s withdrawal, Magro emphasized that mechanisms are still being developed, and efforts are underway to enhance dialogue among stakeholders.
He added:
“Our goal remains clear: the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territory. France has proposed practical solutions, which are currently under discussion.”
Magro further noted that multiple proposals are being considered to ensure Israel’s exit from the five disputed points, stressing ongoing collaboration with the U.S. and international partners to achieve this goal in the coming weeks.
France Rejects Linking Lebanon’s Financial Aid to Israeli Conditions
Commenting on U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Weitkoff’s statement that Lebanon cannot secure international funds without negotiations or normalization with Israel, Magro firmly stated:
“France believes Lebanon’s financial recovery must serve the Lebanese people’s interests and should not be subject to Israeli conditions.”
He clarified that while the election of President Joseph Aoun and the formation of a new government brought fresh political momentum, fundamental issues remain unresolved. He stressed that implementing internationally required economic reforms is crucial for restoring Lebanon’s financial credibility.
Magro also underscored the necessity of appointing a new central bank governor, stating that such a step is vital to rebuilding trust in Lebanon’s financial system.
Growing Challenges Along the Lebanese-Syrian Border
On the Lebanese-Syrian border situation, Magro warned that emerging challenges should not be underestimated and that Syria’s ongoing crisis continues to impact Lebanon and its borders.
He remarked:
“There was optimism after the fall of the Syrian regime, but the core issues persist, and Syria still faces enormous challenges.”
France Remains Committed to Lebanon’s Stability
Concluding his remarks, Magro affirmed that France remains actively engaged with Lebanese authorities to assess the situation and support stability. He stressed that continued international coordination is essential for Lebanon’s long-term security and prosperity.
