كما ناقش بري الحلول المتعلقة بالقرى اللبنانية التي تقع تحت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أو التي يتعذر الوصول إليها بسبب الأسباب الأمنية. في هذه الحالة، اقترح إقامة مراكز اقتراع في أقرب البلدات الآمنة، لضمان أن يكون جميع الناخبين قادرين على ممارسة حقهم في التصويت، بغض النظر عن الظروف.
وأكد بري أن الانتخابات البلدية تُعد حقًا وواجبًا للمواطنين اللبنانيين، وأن جميع الجهود يجب أن تتضافر لإنجاحها، حتى لو استلزم الأمر اتخاذ تدابير استثنائية لضمان إتمامها في موعدها.
