أعلن المجلس الدنماركي للاجئين (DRC) في لبنان عن فتح باب التقديم لشغل وظيفة منسق/ة رصد وتقييم ومساءلة (MEAL Coordinator) ضمن أنشطته المخصصة لدعم اللاجئين. الوظيفة بدوام كامل، من المقرر أن تبدأ في أبريل 2025 وتنتهي في ديسمبر 2025، مع إمكانية التمديد بناءً على الأداء وتوافر الميزانية. الراتب يتراوح بين 2000 و2500 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.
المتطلبات الأساسية للوظيفة:
- الموقع: بيروت، لبنان
- نوع العقد: دوام كامل
- مدة الوظيفة: من أبريل 2025 حتى ديسمبر 2025 (قابلة للتجديد)
- الراتب: بين 2000 و2500 دولار أمريكي شهريًا
- المؤهل العلمي: ماجستير في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل في الرصد والتقييم أو إدارة البرامج الإنسانية).
- الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 3 و5 سنوات في الرصد والتقييم، ويفضل في الأنشطة الإنسانية.
- اللغات المطلوبة: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (الفرنسية غير مطلوبة).
الوصف الوظيفي:
منسق الرصد والتقييم والمساءلة مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الرصد والتقييم والمساءلة بما يتماشى مع الاحتياجات الإنسانية للاجئين. سيساهم في تنفيذ الأنشطة التي تضمن تقييم برامج المنظمة، ضمان الشفافية والمساءلة في العمل، وتحقيق أفضل النتائج للمستفيدين.
المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية:
- تنسيق واستراتيجية الرصد والتقييم: تطبيق استراتيجيات العمل لمتابعة الأنشطة وضمان الجودة.
- دعم التدريب وبناء القدرات: تدريب الفرق الميدانية على أفضل الممارسات في جمع البيانات والرصد.
- مراقبة البيانات: تحليل البيانات المجمعة واستخدامها في تقارير النتائج والتوصيات.
- التعاون مع الشركاء: التنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين لضمان فعالية الأنشطة وتنفيذها بنجاح.
- تقديم تقارير دورية: إعداد تقارير محدثة تلخص تقدم الأنشطة والنتائج المترتبة عليها.
- الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية: ضمان تطبيق مبادئ المساءلة والمساءلة في العمل مع المجتمع المحلي.

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in Lebanon is hiring a MEAL Coordinator (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) to support its refugee programs. This full-time position is set to begin in April 2025 and run until December 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. The salary for this role ranges between 2000 and 2500 USD per month.

Job Description:
The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning strategies aligned with the needs of refugee populations. This position will contribute to program assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability, and driving effective outcomes for beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and Manage MEAL Strategy: Apply and oversee MEAL strategies to ensure program activities are effectively monitored.
- Training and Capacity Building: Train field teams on best practices for data collection and monitoring.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze data collected and report on program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with local and international partners to ensure successful implementation of activities.
- Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress and results, with a focus on learning and improvement.
- Adherence to Ethical Standards: Ensure accountability and transparency in working with local communities and stakeholders.
