في تطور مهم في قضية الحوالات المصرفية المزورة، أصدر قاضي التحقيق في بيروت، فؤاد مراد، اليوم الاثنين، القرار الظني في قضية الحوالات المزورة التي تم إلصاقها ظلماً بالنائب إبراهيم كنعان. وقد تبين في التحقيقات أن هذه الحوالات كانت مزورة بالكامل، في خطوة تعتبر بمثابة صفعة للمزورين الذين حاولوا استغلال الأغراض السياسية والشخصية لنشر الأكاذيب والتشويهات ضد النائب كنعان.
وفي بيان صادر عن المكتب الإعلامي للنائب كنعان، جاء فيه أن “الحقيقة لا بد أن تظهر مهما حاول البعض نشر الأكاذيب”، مشيراً إلى أن القضاء قد قام بتحديد المدعى عليهم في هذه القضية وهم: ب.ك، أ.ح، ط.ح، س.ف، وس.ض، حيث تم اتهامهم وفق المادتين 386 و388 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني بسبب نشرهم وتوزيعهم مستندات مصرفية مزورة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تزعم تحويل أموال للنائب كنعان إلى الخارج.
كما أضاف البيان أن القاضي مراد أصدر مذكرة بحث وتحري دائم لملاحقة الشخص المسؤول عن التزوير، لضمان محاسبته قانونياً. وتعتبر هذه الخطوة جزءاً من مسار العدالة الذي يُظهر بوضوح تورط المزورين في هذه الحملة التشويهية ضد النائب كنعان.
