في هذا الإطار، يؤكد رئيس نقابة أصحاب المطاعم والمقاهي والملاهي والباتيسري، طوني الرامي، في حديثه لـ”ليبانون ديبايت”، أن وسط بيروت كان ولا يزال القلب النابض للبنان، خصوصًا على الصعيد السياحي، مشيرًا إلى أن الحركة الاقتصادية التي انطلقت من ساحة النجمة ستشهد دفعة جديدة بعد فتح الساحة أمام القطاع السياحي.

ويضيف الرامي أن هناك لقاءات هامة مع شركة سوليدير، مع التأكيد على ضرورة الحصول على ضمانات أمنية كافية لضمان استمرار النشاطات السياحية والمطعمية بسلاسة ودون معوقات.

أهمية تنظيم قطاع المطاعم في بيروت

يشدد الرامي على أن عودة المطاعم إلى وسط بيروت لا تكفي وحدها لتحقيق الانتعاش المطلوب، بل لا بد من تنظيم القطاع بشكل يضمن التنوع والتجانس مع مختلف الفئات التي تقصد هذه المنطقة.

ويقول:
“نريد أن نرى مطابخ متنوعة، المطبخ اللبناني، الإيطالي، الآسيوي، والمزيد من الخيارات التي تلبي جميع الأذواق، بدلاً من تكرار الأخطاء السابقة، علينا أن نعمل على تنظيم القطاع بشكل يجعله أكثر تنوعًا وتكاملًا مع الطابع السياحي للمنطقة، خاصة في ساحة النجمة”.

الآفاق المستقبلية للسياحة والمطاعم في بيروت

حول إمكانية انتعاش القطاع المطعمي، يرى الرامي أن الاستقرار السياسي ينعكس إيجابًا على الاقتصاد السياحي، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الخطوة تمثل نقطة تحول إيجابية نحو إعادة إحياء بيروت كوجهة سياحية رائدة.

كما أكد أن نقابة المطاعم تعمل كخلية أزمة، وتعقد اجتماعات دورية لضمان تقديم أعلى مستوى من الخدمة والجودة، لا سيما في مناطق التزلج، والمطاعم التي تستعد لاستقبال المغتربين والسياح خلال موسم الشتاء.

وأضاف أن التحضيرات جارية لاستقبال عيد الفصح، شهر رمضان، وتنظيم الإفطارات والسحور، حيث تسعى النقابة لتوفير تجربة فريدة للزوار، وضمان استمرارية النشاط السياحي والتجاري في البلاد.
