في تحذير جديد صادر عن المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي عبر منصة “إكس”، تم الإعلان عن تمديد فترة تطبيق الاتفاق بين لبنان وإسرائيل، حيث أشار إلى أن الجيش الإسرائيلي لا يزال منتشرًا في الميدان في جنوب لبنان، محذرًا من أي تحرك إلى تلك المناطق. وجاء التحذير ليؤكد استمرار الوضع الأمني الحالي في تلك المناطق، وسط غموض حول تاريخ الانسحاب الإسرائيلي المرتقب.
تفاصيل التحذير الإسرائيلي
وفقًا لبيان المتحدث العسكري الإسرائيلي، يُمنع على سكان المناطق الجنوبية في لبنان العودة إلى منازلهم في الوقت الحالي، حتى إشعار آخر. وأكد الجيش الإسرائيلي أنه لا ينوي المساس بالسكان، ولكن حذر من أن أي تحرك نحو المناطق الجنوبية يعرض حياة الأشخاص للخطر. وأضاف البيان أن هذا التحذير يأتي في إطار تعزيز السلامة العامة للسكان في تلك المناطق، حيث لا تزال القوات الإسرائيلية تواصل انتشارها وتفرض قيودًا على التنقل في المناطق المتأثرة.
الاتفاق الممدد: ماذا يعني هذا بالنسبة للجنوب اللبناني؟
في 26 كانون الثاني 2024، أعلن البيت الأبيض عن تمديد اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار بين لبنان وإسرائيل حتى 18 شباط 2024، مع بدء محادثات بوساطة أميركية تهدف إلى تسوية ملف المعتقلين اللبنانيين الذين تم أسرهم بعد السابع من تشرين الأول 2023. ورغم تمديد الاتفاق، إلا أن القوات الإسرائيلية تواصل تواجدها في قرى جنوب لبنان بشكل غير قانوني، في انتهاك لبنود الاتفاق الذي كان ينص على انسحاب سريع من تلك القرى.
انتشار القوات الإسرائيلية: خرق للاتفاق؟
على الرغم من انتهاء مهلة الـ60 يومًا المقررة لانسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي بموجب الاتفاق الذي بدأ سريانه في 27 تشرين الثاني 2023، فإن القوات الإسرائيلية لا تزال متواجدة في مناطق لبنانية جنوبية. كما تواصل إسرائيل منع النازحين من العودة إلى منازلهم باستخدام نيران الأسلحة، ما يعرقل العودة الآمنة إلى تلك القرى في خرق سافر للاتفاق الذي كان من المفترض أن يضمن لهم العودة في أسرع وقت ممكن.
