منظمة “Rural Entrepreneurs”، وهي منظمة غير ربحية تعمل على تمكين الشباب وتعزيز فرصهم في مختلف المناطق الريفية في لبنان، تبحث عن مسؤولين ميدانيين للعمل في السمقانية (منطقة جبل لبنان – الشوف).

درجة التعليم المطلوبة: بكالوريوس في أحد المجالات ذات الصلة (العمل الاجتماعي، الاقتصاد، الموارد البشرية، التسويق، أو أي مجال ذي صلة)
الخبرة المطلوبة: بين سنة واحدة وسنتين

المهام الرئيسية لمسؤول الميداني:

1. تنفيذ خطط الوصول المجتمعي (Outreach):

   • المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطة شاملة وابتكارية للوصول إلى المجتمعات المستهدفة مثل الأفراد، الشركات، المدارس، والمنظمات الأخرى.
   • المساعدة في تحديد المستفيدين المحتملين للمشاريع بناءً على المعايير المحددة.

2. التواصل المجتمعي والاجتماعات (35%):

   • إجراء زيارات منتظمة للجهات المعنية مثل البلديات، اتحادات البلديات، المجتمعات المحلية، إلخ لتقييم احتياجات المستفيدين وبناء علاقات معهم.
   • تنظيم اجتماعات دعم ولجان المجتمع والمشاركة في المنتديات المجتمعية.

3. إعداد وتوثيق التقارير (25%):

   • أرشفة وتوثيق الاستمارات الخاصة بالإحالات والتقارير الأسبوعية، وضمان الحفاظ على السرية والدقة.
   • دعم بناء قاعدة بيانات للمستفيدين وإنشاء مجتمع فعال لمنظمة “Rural Entrepreneurs”.

4. التنسيق مع الأنشطة الشبابية (20%):

   • دعم تنسيق الأنشطة المجتمعية ولجان الشباب بالتعاون مع منسق الميدان.
   • تقديم الدعم في عمليات الشراء والتوريدات كما هو مطلوب.

5. التدريب والمشاركة المجتمعية (20%):

   • المشاركة النشطة في جلسات التدريب والتوعية المتعلقة بسياسات حماية الأطفال ومنع الاستغلال الجنسي.
   • التعاون مع فريق العمل والتنسيق مع إدارة المشروع لضمان سير الأنشطة وفقًا للخطط.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة في مجالات العمل الاجتماعي، الاقتصاد، التسويق، أو مجالات ذات صلة.
• خبرة قوية في الوصول المجتمعي والتجنيد.
• مهارات ممتازة في إعداد التقارير، والتواصل، وبناء العلاقات مع مختلف الفئات المجتمعية.
• قدرة على العمل مع المجتمعات المحلية والسلطات المحلية.
• مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت عالية.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Rural Entrepreneurs (RE), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and enhancing access to opportunities in rural areas of Lebanon, is looking for Field Officers to join their team in Semqaniyeh (Mount Lebanon – Chouf).

Key Responsibilities of the Field Officer:

1. Community Outreach Plan Implementation:

   • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive and innovative community outreach plan targeting individuals, private sectors, schools, and organizations.
   • Help identify potential beneficiaries for relevant projects as per the set criteria.

2. Community Engagement & Meetings:

   • Conduct regular visits to stakeholders (municipalities, unions, communities) to assess the needs of the targeted beneficiaries and build relationships.
   • Organize and participate in support groups, committee meetings, and community forums.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

   • File and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.
   • Assist in building and maintaining a database and community for RE.

4. Youth Committee Coordination:

   • Help coordinate youth committee activities and community outreach.
   • Assist in the procurement process as requested.

5. Training & Community Participation:

   • Actively participate in all training sessions, including those related to SEA (Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and awareness raising.
   • Coordinate with project staff and report issues in good faith.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Social Work, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Strong experience in outreach and recruitment activities.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with local communities and authorities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
