من جهة أخرى، صرّح مكتب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، يوم الجمعة، أن عملية انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي من جنوب لبنان قد تستغرق أكثر من 60 يومًا. وأرجع نتنياهو السبب إلى ما وصفه بـ”عدم التزام الجانب اللبناني بتطبيق اتفاق وقف النار بشكل كامل”.
ويأتي هذا التصريح في وقت تقترب فيه مهلة الستين يومًا من الانتهاء، حيث يفترض أن تنتهي فجر الأحد هدنة الستين يومًا التي وضعت حداً لمواجهة عسكرية تُعتبر من أعنف الحروب الإسرائيلية ضد حزب الله.

ورغم الهدنة، أفادت التقارير بأن إسرائيل لم تلتزم بالكامل بالاتفاق، حيث ارتكبت خروقات عديدة وأبدت نواياها بالبقاء في بعض المواقع الاستراتيجية جنوب لبنان، خاصة في القطاعين الأوسط والشرقي.

Aoun and Macron Hold Talks to Ensure Israel Implements Ceasefire Agreement
