نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي:

سيكون للميسرين الميدانيين دور حاسم في تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية وأنشطة الحماية، مما يضمن تقديم الخدمات بسلاسة، وضمان الجودة، والتفاعل مع المجتمع. يتضمن ذلك التوعية، والمتابعة، والملاحظة الصفية، والعمل عن كثب مع المعلمين، وأولياء الأمور، والأطفال لتعزيز بيئات التعلم الآمنة والشاملة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. التوعية والمشاركة المجتمعية:

   • إجراء حملات توعية لتحديد وتسجيل الأطفال والشباب غير الملتحقين بالمدارس في برنامج التعليم غير الرسمي (NFE).
   • بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة في المجتمع، بما في ذلك أولياء الأمور، والقادة المحليين، والمنظمات الشريكة.
   • تسهيل جلسات توعية للعائلات حول أهمية التعليم وحماية الأطفال.

2. دعم في التنفيذ:

   • التعاون مع المعلمين والميسرين لضمان تقديم الدروس وفقًا لمعايير منهج MEHE وNFE.
   • تقديم التوجيه الفني للمعلمين حول إدارة الصف الفعالة، والممارسات التعليمية الشاملة، ودمج مبادئ الحماية.
   • تنسيق جداول الحصص الدراسية لضمان تقديم الدروس والأنشطة في الوقت المحدد.
   • المساعدة في تنظيم الأنشطة اللامنهجية، مثل جلسات المهارات الحياتية، والأنشطة النفسية الاجتماعية (PSS)، والفعاليات الترفيهية.

3. ملاحظة الصف والدعم الفني:

   • إجراء ملاحظات منتظمة على الصفوف لتقييم جودة التدريس، ومشاركة الطلاب، والامتثال للمنهج.
   • تقديم ملاحظات بناءة وإرشاد للمعلمين لتحسين ممارساتهم التربوية.
   • متابعة دمج أساليب التعليم الحديثة، بما في ذلك الأدوات الرقمية والمنهجيات الموجهة للطلاب.

4. الرصد والتقييم والمساءلة والتعلم (MEAL):

   • جمع وتقرير البيانات المتعلقة بالحضور، وتقدم الطلاب، ونتائج البرنامج باستخدام أدوات موحدة.
   • دعم فريق MEAL في إجراء الاستبيانات، والمجموعات التركيزية، والأنشطة التقييمية الأخرى.
   • التأكد من توثيق جميع الملاحظات من الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين والتعامل معها بشكل مناسب.
   • المشاركة في جلسات تعلم الدروس ومراجعة البرامج لتحسين التدخلات المستقبلية.

5. التنسيق والتواصل:

   • العمل كحلقة وصل بين فريق المشروع والمجتمع، وضمان التواصل والتنسيق السلس.
   • حضور الاجتماعات الدورية مع الفريق والمساهمة في التخطيط والاستراتيجيات.
   • التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لضمان التعامل مع إحالات الحماية بكفاءة ووفقًا لسياسات حماية الطفل.

6. السلامة والحماية:

   • الحفاظ على سياسات الحماية الخاصة بمنظمة Borderless، وضمان بيئة آمنة وشاملة لجميع المشاركين.
   • الإبلاغ عن أي مخاوف تتعلق بحماية الطفل أو السلامة على الفور إلى نقطة الاتصال المعنية.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

المؤهلات الأساسية:

• بكالوريوس في التربية أو العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع التعليم أو الحماية، ويفضل العمل مع الفئات الضعيفة.
• فهم قوي لإطار عمل NFE الخاص بوزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، ومعايير INEE الدنيا، ومبادئ حماية الطفل.
• خبرة مثبتة في إجراء التوعية، والملاحظة الصفية، وتقديم الدعم الفني للمعلمين.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة.
• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.

المهارات المفضلة:

• خبرة في أنشطة الرصد والتقييم.
• معرفة بأساليب التعليم الحديثة وأدواتها الرقمية.
• تدريب في الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS) أو الرعاية الموجهة للصدمات.

الشروط وظروف العمل:

• تتطلب الوظيفة السفر المنتظم داخل بيروت وجبل لبنان.
• يجب أن يكون الموظف مستعدًا للعمل في المساء أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع إذا تطلب الجدول الزمني للمشروع ذلك.

Job Description:

Borderless NGO is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to creating life-changing impacts for underprivileged children, youth, and women by harnessing the power of humanity across borders. We strive to inspire and empower individuals by connecting them to skills and experiences from the global community. We believe that every individual has the potential to raise themselves from any situation; what is lacking, however, is the motivation, know-how, and network.

Our mission is to improve access to quality education and protection services for vulnerable populations, particularly refugees and host communities in Lebanon. The project aims to deliver Non-Formal Education (NFE) programs aligned with national frameworks, including the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and inter-agency guidelines, while integrating protection principles and adhering to INEE Minimum Standards for Education.

Role Overview:

The Field Facilitator will play a critical role in the implementation of education and protection activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, quality assurance, and community engagement. This includes outreach, monitoring, classroom observation, and close collaboration with teachers, parents, and children to promote safe and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach and Community Engagement:

   • Conduct outreach campaigns to identify and enroll out-of-school children and youth in the NFE program.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including parents, local leaders, and partner organizations.
   • Facilitate awareness sessions for families on the importance of education and child protection.

2. Support in Implementation:

   • Collaborate with teachers and facilitators to ensure the delivery of lessons aligned with MEHE and NFE curriculum standards.
   • Provide technical guidance to teachers on effective classroom management, inclusive teaching practices, and the integration of protection principles.
   • Coordinate schedules for class sessions, ensuring timely delivery of lessons and activities.
   • Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, such as life skills sessions, psychosocial support (PSS) activities, and recreational events.

3. Classroom Observation and Technical Support:

   • Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching quality, student engagement, and adherence to the curriculum.
   • Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to teachers to enhance pedagogical practices.
   • Monitor the integration of 21st-century education approaches, including digital tools and student-centered methodologies.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL):

   • Collect and report data on attendance, student progress, and program outcomes using standardized tools.
   • Support the MEAL team in conducting surveys, focus group discussions, and other evaluation activities.
   • Ensure that all feedback from students, parents, and teachers is documented and addressed appropriately.
   • Participate in lessons learned and program review sessions to improve future interventions.

5. Reporting:

   • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on activities, challenges, and achievements to the Project Coordinator.
   • Document success stories, lessons learned, and case studies for donor reporting and organizational learning.

6. Coordination:

   • Act as a liaison between the project team and the community, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
   • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to planning and strategy discussions.
   • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that protection referrals are handled efficiently and in line with child safeguarding policies.

7. Safeguarding and Protection:

   • Uphold Borderless NGO’s safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
   • Report any concerns related to child protection or safeguarding immediately to the designated focal point.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or protection projects, preferably with vulnerable populations.
• Strong understanding of MEHE’s NFE framework, INEE Minimum Standards, and child protection principles.
• Proven experience in conducting outreach, classroom observation, and providing technical support to teachers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Desirable:

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Knowledge of 21st-century education methodologies and digital tools.
• Training in psychosocial support (PSS) or trauma-informed care.

Working Conditions:

• The position involves regular travel within Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required by the project schedule.
• Commitment to attending mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
