الوصف الوظيفي:

الوظيفة:
مربية في التعليم ما قبل المدرسي، ضمن برنامج التعليم في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة المدعوم من منظمة اليونيسف والبرنامج الفلسطيني ومؤسسة التعاون في مخيم البص.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. تحضير الأنشطة التعليمية:

   • تحضير الأنشطة اليومية في الصف وفقًا للخطة التربوية.
   • إعداد الخطة التربوية كل أسبوعين.

2. التقييم والمتابعة:

   • تقييم الأطفال وتوثيق التقييمات في تقارير شهرية وفصلية.
   • زيارة العائلات للاطلاع على تطور الأطفال وإعداد تقارير خاصة بالزيارات.

3. التفاعل مع الأمهات:

   • استقبال الأمهات في الصف للمشاركة في الأنشطة اليومية.
   • مناقشة الأنشطة مع الأمهات واحترام مستوى كل أم وقدرتها.

4. تنظيم البيئة الصفية:

   • الحفاظ على محتويات الصف من كتب وألعاب.
   • الحفاظ على ترتيب الصف والأرشيف وفقًا لتوجيهات مشرفة الروضة.

5. الاهتمام بالسلامة:

   • متابعة سلامة الأطفال في الصف، في الملعب، أثناء الرحلات، وفي الأنشطة.

6. التنسيق مع فريق العمل:

   • التعاون مع الفريق التعليمي بشكل محترم وتبادل الخبرات.

7. الالتزام بالتدريب:

   • المشاركة في ورش العمل التدريبية التي تنظمها الجمعية والجهات المانحة الشريكة.

8. التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي:

   • فهم ومعرفة حقوق الطفل وأوضاع الأطفال الفلسطينيين في لبنان.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة جامعية في مجالات التربية الحضانية، التربية الابتدائية، العلوم الاجتماعية أو مجال تربوي آخر.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع الأطفال في رياض الأطفال.
• مهارات تواصل اجتماعي متميزة، مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
• مهارات في استخدام الكمبيوتر، البريد الإلكتروني، وبرامج Microsoft Office.
• معرفة بالحقوق القانونية للأطفال الفلسطينيين في لبنان تعتبر ميزة.

مميزات الوظيفة:

• الراتب: 300 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.
• العقد: 3 أشهر فترة تجريبية.
• ساعات العمل: من الإثنين إلى الخميس 3:30 مساءً – 7:30 صباحًا، ويوم السبت 3:30 مساءً – 7:30 صباحًا.
• الأفضلية للمقيمين في مخيم البص.

Job Description:

Position:
Preschool Educator for the Early Childhood Education Program, supported by UNICEF, the Palestinian Program, and the Cooperation Foundation in Al-Bass Camp.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Educational Activities:

   • Prepare daily classroom activities based on the educational plan.
   • Develop a bi-weekly educational plan.

2. Evaluation and Monitoring:

   • Assess children’s progress and document evaluations in monthly and quarterly reports.
   • Visit families to monitor children’s development and prepare specific reports on home visits.

3. Engagement with Mothers:

   • Welcome mothers into the classroom to participate in daily activities.
   • Discuss activities with mothers and respect their individual capabilities.

4. Classroom Management:

   • Maintain classroom materials such as books and toys.
   • Ensure classroom organization and filing systems are maintained according to the kindergarten supervisor's guidelines.

5. Child Safety:

   • Ensure children's safety within the classroom, playground, and during field trips.

6. Team Coordination:

   • Work cooperatively with the educational team, exchanging experiences and knowledge.

7. Commitment to Training:

   • Participate in workshops and training organized by the association and partner donors.

8. Community Interaction:

   • Understand children’s rights and the situation of Palestinian children in Lebanon.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Social Sciences, or Educational Studies.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children in preschools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Computer literacy, including email and basic office software.
• Knowledge of Palestinian children's rights and the situation in Lebanon is an advantage.

Job Benefits:

• Salary: $300 USD per month.
• Contract: 3-month probation period.
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm – 7:30 am, and Saturday from 3:30 pm – 7:30 am.
• Preference for applicants from Al-Bass Camp.
