المسؤوليات والواجبات:

1. التقييم والتحليل وتخطيط التدخل بناءً على النتائج:

   • استقبال وتوثيق حالات جديدة عبر الخط الساخن لضمان دقة المعلومات وتحديد طبيعة وحجم الوضع.
   • إجراء تقييم أولي للحالات الجديدة مع تحديد الإجراءات المناسبة بالتنسيق مع أخصائي نفسي عند الحاجة.
   • إجراء تقييم شامل ودقيق للحالات المتلقاة وتحليل معايير الحماية المتعلقة بحالات الإساءة.
   • وضع خطة تدخل اجتماعي استنادًا إلى الطرق المناسبة للواقع المحلي.

2. الدعم والتدخلات:

   • التدخل في قضايا إساءة معاملة الأطفال: الإساءة العاطفية، الجسدية، الجنسية، الإهمال، العمل القسري للأطفال، النزاعات الأسرية، الاضطرابات الأسرية، الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى رعاية بديلة، وغيرها.
   • إجراء زيارات منزلية مع وضع أهداف واضحة.
   • وضع أهداف ضمن خطة العمل مع الطفل والأسرة، مع ضمان أن جميع الإجراءات تتماشى مع إرشادات برنامج المرونة وفقًا للقوانين اللبنانية.

3. التوثيق والتعاون متعدد التخصصات:

   • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومفصلة لجميع التقييمات، خطط التدخل، التواصل، والإجراءات المتبعة.
   • الالتزام بتوثيق التقارير وفقًا للمعايير والموعد النهائي المحدد.
   • التنسيق مع الأخصائي النفسي ومدير الحالات الأولية بشأن تقدم الحالات على أساس شهري.
   • إحالة الأسر إلى الخدمات المناسبة داخل المنظمة أو إلى منظمات أخرى عند الحاجة.
   • مرافقة الطفل/الأسرة إلى الأطباء الشرعيين، والمحاكم، والمنظمات الأخرى بناءً على موافقة مدير الحالات الأولية.

4. مهام متنوعة:

   • تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن الأنشطة والمشاريع والقيم الخاصة بمنظمة Himaya.
   • التزام القيم الأساسية لمنظمة Himaya في العمل الشخصي والمهني.
   • المشاركة في الأنشطة التي تنظمها المنظمة مثل ورش العمل النفسية، الاجتماعات الجماعية، والإشراف.
   • احترام قواعد السلوك، سياسة حماية الأطفال، سياسة الحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي (PSEAH)، وجميع اللوائح الداخلية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• الشهادة: درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي (درجة ماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
• الخبرة: من 2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذو صلة.
• المهارات:
  • معرفة بقوانين حماية الأطفال وكيفية تطبيقها في لبنان.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي ظروف معقدة.
  • القدرة على التعاون والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية، مع القدرة على جمع وتحليل المعلومات لتطبيق أساليب التدخل.
  • إتقان Microsoft Office (Excel، PowerPoint، Word).
  • رخصة قيادة صالحة ضرورية.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assessment, Analysis, and Intervention Planning:

   • Ensure proper reception and accurate documentation of new cases via the hotline to determine the nature and severity of the situation.
   • Conduct an initial assessment of new cases, involving the psychologist if needed, and determine the necessary actions.
   • Carry out a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the reported cases, analyzing protection parameters related to the abuse situation.
   • Develop a social intervention plan based on the appropriate method for the specific context.

2. Support and Interventions:

   • Intervene in various issues related to child maltreatment: emotional, physical, sexual abuse, neglect, child labor, marital conflicts, family dysfunction, children in need of alternative care, etc.
   • Conduct home visits with clear objectives.
   • Set objectives within the action plan established with the child and family, ensuring all measures are in line with the Resilience Program’s guidelines and Lebanese Law.

3. Documentation and Multi-disciplinary Collaboration:

   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all case assessments, intervention plans, communications, and follow-up actions.
   • Ensure documentation and reporting according to set deadlines and standards.
   • Coordinate with Psychologist and Senior Case Manager on the progress of cases monthly.
   • Refer families to appropriate internal or external services and NGOs when necessary.
   • Accompany the child/family to forensic doctors, courts, and other NGOs with the Senior Case Manager's approval.

4. Miscellaneous Tasks:

   • Provide accurate information about Himaya’s activities, projects, mission, values, and history.
   • Adhere to Himaya’s core values and concepts in both personal and professional contexts.
   • Participate in all activities and events organized by Himaya (e.g., staff care, end-of-year gatherings, etc.).
   • Respect the Code of Conduct, Child Protection Safeguarding Policy, PSEAH Policy, and all internal regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in social work or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of child protection laws and their implementation in Lebanon.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information to support and apply intervention methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A valid Driving License is mandatory.
