وصف الوظيفة:
منظمة Plan International في لبنان تبحث عن سائقين ومساعدين لمستودع للانضمام إلى فريقها في بيروت. ستساعد هذه الوظيفة في تقديم خدمات النقل الآمن والفعال لمكاتب المنظمة في لبنان لتوفير الدعم اللازم للمشاريع وضمان أمان وسلامة الركاب والممتلكات.
المهام الرئيسية:
- النقل الآمن: توفير خدمات النقل الآمن والفعال لمكاتب ومشاريع Plan International في لبنان، وضمان سلامة الركاب والممتلكات أثناء النقل.
- صيانة المركبات: المشاركة في صيانة المركبات وإدارتها لضمان ملاءمتها لتنفيذ المشاريع والخدمات، بالإضافة إلى إدارة الوقود وصيانة سجلات تشغيل المركبات.
- الامتثال للسياسات: ضمان الالتزام بسياسات النقل المحلية والدولية والقوانين المتعلقة بالمرور، بما في ذلك سلامة الموظفين والممتلكات أثناء التنقل.
- دعم البرنامج: دعم الموظفين والمواد في التنقل ضمن العمليات اليومية لضمان دعم فعال للمشاريع الإنسانية والخدمية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- التعليم الثانوي مع رخصة قيادة سارية ونظيفة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال النقل، ويفضل في المنظمات الإنسانية أو بيئات مشابهة.
- إتقان اللغة العربية بطلاقة، مع مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتحلي بالصبر والانضباط.
- معرفة جيدة بالسياسات والقوانين المتعلقة بالنقل والسلامة على الطرق.
الشروط الوظيفية:
- الراتب: أقل من 800 دولار أمريكي شهرياً.
- مدة العقد: سنة واحدة قابلة للتجديد.

Plan International is seeking qualified Drivers and Warehouse Assistants for their team in Beirut, Lebanon. This role provides safe and efficient transportation services to the organization's country and field offices, ensuring reliable program support and the safety of passengers and property.
Main Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation: Provide safe and reliable transportation services for Plan International Lebanon’s offices, ensuring the safety and security of both passengers and property.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Participate in vehicle maintenance, ensuring the vehicle is fit for purpose to support projects, manage fuel, and maintain vehicle operation records.
- Compliance with Policies: Ensure compliance with transportation policies, road laws, and regulations, focusing on the safety of staff and materials during transportation.
- Program Support: Efficiently support staff and material transportation to meet program needs and ensure effective project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Secondary school education with a valid and clean driver’s license.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in transportation, preferably in humanitarian or similar environments.
- Fluent in Arabic, with basic proficiency in English.
- Strong teamwork skills, patience, and discipline.
- Knowledge of transportation policies and road safety regulations.

- Salary: Less than USD 800 per month.
