- الموقع: الشمال، لبنان
المهام والمسؤوليات:
دعم احتياجات الأطفال المعرضين للخطر:
- نشر الوعي حول حماية الأطفال.
- التنسيق مع CP-WCH لإعداد مواضيع جلسات التوعية.
- تحديد الأطفال المعرضين للخطر وترتيب إحالاتهم.
- تقديم معلومات إلى ضابط حماية الطفل بشأن الخدمات المتاحة والمنظمات العاملة في مناطق البرنامج.
- المشاركة في متابعة تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الطفل في المشاريع.
المهام الإدارية:
- تطوير وصيانة نظام الأرشفة للحضور.
- صياغة تقارير شهرية عن الإحالات، جلسات التوعية، وحماية الأطفال.
- الإبلاغ عن أي قلق بشأن الحماية أو PSEA إلى نقطة الاتصال.
المعرفة والخبرة:
- درجة في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة جيدة بحقوق الأطفال وحماية الأطفال بما في ذلك المبادئ المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال.
- فهم جيد للدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في العمل مع الأطفال/اللاجئين/الفئات الضعيفة.
المهارات والكفاءات:
- مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص قوية.
- مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية قوية.
- إتقان اللغة العربية.
- مرونة في التعامل مع المواقف المختلفة.
- حساسية ثقافية وفهم لاحتياجات المجتمعات المحلية.

Job Details:

- Required Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years working with children/refugees/vulnerable populations
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic, Good in English
- Location: North Lebanon
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Needs of At-Risk Children:
- Raise awareness on child protection.
- Coordinate with CP-WCH to prepare topics for awareness sessions.
- Identify at-risk children and arrange referrals.
- Provide Child Protection officer with information regarding available services and organizations in program areas (service mapping).
- Participate in monitoring the implementation of child protection activities in projects.
Administrative Tasks:
- Develop and maintain an attendee filing system.
- Formulate monthly reports on referrals, awareness sessions, child protection activities.
- Report any concerns of safeguarding and/or PSEA to the Point of Contact (POC).
Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in social work or related field.
- Good knowledge of child rights and child protection, including protection principles.
- Good understanding of psychosocial support.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children/refugees/vulnerable populations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
