من ريفي إلى ميقاتي: رسالة شديدة اللهجة لتصحيح المسار
وجه النائب أشرف ريفي رسالة شديدة اللهجة إلى رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية نجيب ميقاتي، منتقدًا موقف الأخير بشأن ربط سحب السلاح غير الشرعي بالتوافق الوطني. وجاء في الرسالة تعبير واضح عن الاستياء مما وصفه ريفي بالتناقض بين موقف ميقاتي كرئيس للحكومة على طاولة مجلس الوزراء وموقفه الأخير بعد الموافقة على اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.
وقال ريفي: “أسفت لربطك سحب السلاح غير الشرعي بالتوافق الوطني. الاتفاق الذي وافقت عليه حكومتك كان واضحًا وصريحًا، ولا يحتمل الاجتهاد أو التأويل”. وشدد على أن أي غطاء رسمي يُمنح للسلاح غير الشرعي يُعد تخليًا عن تطلعات اللبنانيين في بناء دولة لا مكان فيها لفائض القوة.
طرابلس ترفض الاستقواء بالسلاح
أشار ريفي في رسالته إلى أن اللبنانيين عمومًا، وأهالي طرابلس خصوصًا، ينتظرون من الحكومة اللبنانية أن تمثل تطلعاتهم في بناء دولة عادلة، لا تُخضعها أجندات السلاح غير الشرعي. وأكد أن الشعب اللبناني “سئم من استقواء السلاح” ودعا الحكومة إلى الالتزام بتعهداتها بسحب السلاح غير الشرعي من كل أنحاء لبنان.
وأضاف: “أهل طرابلس يطالبون بسيادة الدولة الكاملة ورفع الغطاء عن كل سلاح غير شرعي، وحذارِ أن تخذلهم، لأن ذلك سيؤدي إلى استمرار المعاناة وزيادة الأزمات”.
إصلاحات حقيقية لاستعادة السيادة
وشدد ريفي على حاجة لبنان إلى إصلاحات جذرية تُعيد للدولة سيادتها وتنهي هيمنة السلاح غير الشرعي. واعتبر أن تقديم الغطاء الرسمي لهذا السلاح يعني دفع البلاد نحو المزيد من الانهيار والعواقب الوخيمة.
وفي تحذير واضح لميقاتي، قال ريفي: “دولة الرئيس، أمامك خياران: إما أن تكون رئيس حكومة لكل لبنان، وهو ما يريده منك أهالي طرابلس، أو أن تكون رئيس حكومة حزب الله”. ودعا ميقاتي إلى تصحيح المسار، والوقوف بجانب تطلعات الشعب اللبناني في بناء دولة قوية قادرة على تطبيق القانون وتحقيق العدالة.
رسالة إلى القيادة: الوقت للتغيير
رأى ريفي أن لبنان يمر بمرحلة تاريخية فارقة، مؤكدًا أن المنطقة تشهد تحولات كبرى تنذر بانتهاء الدور الإيراني المهيمن. وأكد أن الخروج من تحت الهيمنة الإيرانية هو السبيل الوحيد لاستعادة السيادة الوطنية وتحقيق الاستقرار.
وختم رسالته قائلاً: “لا نريد لك أن تكون ضمن أدوات إيران الهاربة من المنطقة. أمامك فرصة للوقوف بجانب لبنان وأهله، فلا تضيّعها”. وأضاف: “تصحيح المسار اليوم هو مسؤوليتك. لبنان يحتاج إلى قيادة شجاعة تنسجم مع تطلعات شعبها، وليس إلى قيادة تخضع لضغوط الأجندات الخارجية أو المصالح السياسية الضيقة”.
From Rifi to Mikati: A Stern Warning to Correct the Path
Lebanese MP Ashraf Rifi issued a stern message to Prime Minister Najib Mikati, sharply criticizing the latter's stance linking the withdrawal of illegal weapons to national consensus. Rifi expressed disappointment at what he described as a contradiction between Mikati’s position as prime minister during the cabinet discussions and his recent statements following the approval of the ceasefire agreement.
“I read your statement linking the withdrawal of illegal weapons to national consensus with great regret,” Rifi said. “The agreement your government unanimously approved was clear and straightforward, leaving no room for interpretation.” He emphasized that granting any official cover for illegal weapons undermines the aspirations of Lebanese citizens for a state free of excess power.
Tripoli Rejects Weapon Domination
In his statement, Rifi highlighted that Lebanese citizens, especially those in Tripoli, expect the government to represent their aspirations for building a just state. “The Lebanese people are tired of the domination of weapons,” he said, urging the government to fulfill its commitments to remove illegal arms from all regions.
He added, “The people of Tripoli demand the sovereignty of the state and the removal of any cover for illegal weapons. Betraying this trust will only prolong their suffering and deepen the crises.”
Real Reforms Needed for Sovereignty
Rifi stressed Lebanon’s need for comprehensive reforms to restore state sovereignty and end the dominance of illegal weapons. He warned that providing official legitimacy for these weapons would only drag the country further into collapse and severe consequences.
In a direct message to Mikati, Rifi stated, “Prime Minister, you have two choices: to be the Prime Minister of all Lebanon, which the people of Tripoli expect from you, or to serve as Hezbollah’s Prime Minister.” He called on Mikati to correct his course and align with the aspirations of the Lebanese people for a strong state capable of enforcing the law and achieving justice.
A Call to Leadership: Time for Change
Rifi noted that Lebanon is at a critical juncture, with the region undergoing significant transformations that signal the end of Iran's dominance. He emphasized that breaking free from Iranian influence is the only path to reclaiming national sovereignty and achieving stability.
He concluded his message with a sharp warning: “We do not want you to be among Iran's fleeing tools in the region. You have an opportunity to stand with Lebanon and its people—do not waste it.” He added, “Correcting the path is your responsibility. Lebanon needs bold leadership that aligns with its people's aspirations, not one that yields to external agendas or narrow political interests.”
