الوصف الوظيفي:

ستعمل كمسؤول/ة تعليم (Education Officer) ضمن مشاريع التعليم التي تديرها منظمة World Vision في منطقة عكار، بهدف ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بجودة عالية وتحقيق أهداف المشروع بالتنسيق مع الشركاء والمجتمع المحلي.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تنفيذ وتنسيق أنشطة المشروع:

• التنسيق الميداني مع فريق التعبئة المجتمعية لتنفيذ الأنشطة.
• تحديث جداول العمل الأسبوعية والشهرية وتنظيمها بناءً على المواقع والأنشطة.
• مساعدة الشركاء في إعداد خطط التطوير المهني لتحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية.
• القيام بزيارات ميدانية أسبوعية وجلسات تدريب ومتابعة للموظفين.
• ضمان حماية الأطفال في جميع الأنشطة المنفذة.
• دعم فريق المنظمة في تنظيم ورش العمل والأنشطة التدريبية.

التوثيق والتقارير والمتابعة:

• إعداد تقارير شهرية تتضمن تحديثات حول التقدم المحرز وحالات حماية الأطفال.
• توثيق الدروس المستفادة والاستجابة لأي شكاوى.
• جمع البيانات بدقة وإدخالها مع التأكد من استيفاء جميع المستندات المطلوبة.
• متابعة قضايا الحماية والإحالة إلى مزودي الخدمات ذوي الصلة.

اللوجستيات وإدارة الموارد:

• إعداد قوائم شهرية بالمواد المطلوبة للأنشطة.
• متابعة عمليات الشراء وضمان توفر الموارد المطلوبة في المواقع.
• التأكد من إغلاق ملفات المشروع وفقًا لمعايير التدقيق.

المهام الإضافية:

• المشاركة في الأنشطة الروحية للمنظمة.
• الالتزام بإجراءات وسياسات الأمن والسلامة.
• تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يطلبها المدير المباشر.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم، علم النفس، الحماية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التعليم أو حماية الطفل.
• فهم قوي لمبادئ حقوق الطفل والحماية المجتمعية.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل مع الفرق المتنوعة.
• خبرة في العمل في البيئات الطارئة.

Job Description:

As an Education Officer, you will play a vital role in implementing World Vision Lebanon's education projects in Akkar, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with project goals by collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and local communities.

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation and Coordination:

• Coordinate field activities with the Community Mobilization (CM) team.
• Update and organize weekly/monthly CM schedules.
• Assist partners in designing professional development plans to enhance education quality.
• Conduct weekly visits and provide training and coaching to partner staff.
• Uphold child protection standards in all activities.
• Support technical teams in organizing training and workshops for staff.

Reporting, Documentation, and Monitoring:

• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports with updates on educational and child protection issues.
• Document lessons learned and address participant complaints promptly.
• Ensure accurate data entry for attendance sheets, teacher plans, and other project documents.
• Maintain and update the Referral Tracking Sheet to report protection issues.

Logistics and Resource Management:

• Prepare lists of required materials for project activities.
• Track logistical needs and support procurement processes.
• Ensure project files are complete and comply with audit standards.

Additional Tasks:

• Participate in spiritual nurture and organizational activities.
• Follow security procedures and report incidents as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Protection, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in education, child protection, and human rights work.
• Strong understanding of education and protection programming best practices.
• Familiarity with child rights principles and emergency response standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community mobilization and working in emergency settings.
