المسمى الوظيفي: معلم/ة رياض أطفال
المكان: مركز جمعية نواة – مخيم عين الحلوة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تصميم وتنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية مبتكرة وفعالة تتماشى مع منهج الطفولة المبكرة.
- خلق بيئة تعليمية منظمة وداعمة تعزز من تطور الأطفال.
- العمل على تنمية مهارات الأطفال اللغوية والاجتماعية والمعرفية.
- بناء علاقة قوية مع الأطفال وأولياء الأمور لدعم نمو الأطفال وتطورهم.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير التعليمية وتوفير رعاية شاملة للأطفال.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في التربية، تعليم الطفولة المبكرة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة إلى سنتين في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة.
- شغف بالعمل مع الأطفال ومساعدتهم على التطور والنجاح.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
