الوصف الوظيفي:
الوظيفة: سائق (مشروع الاستجابة للطوارئ)
تقارير إلى: مدير المشروع
الغرض من الوظيفة:
يتولى السائق مسؤولية تلبية احتياجات النقل الخاصة بفريق عمل SOS، وهي مسؤولية هامة تنطوي على الحفاظ على سلامة الفريق وصورة المنظمة.
مهام رئيسية:
- تنفيذ النقل اليومي: تأمين التنقل الآمن والفعال لموظفي SOS في إطار مشروع الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- المحافظة على المركبة: ضمان صيانة المركبة وإجراء فحوص دورية والتأكد من جاهزيتها للاستخدام.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات: تقديم تقارير منتظمة حول أي أعطال أو احتياجات للصيانة.
- التقيد بالقوانين: الالتزام بقوانين السير والمرور، بما يضمن السلامة للجميع.
- المساعدة اللوجستية: دعم الفريق في النقل اللوجستي عند الحاجة.
حماية الطفل:
- المسؤولية عن الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي اشتباه، قلق، ادعاء أو حادث يتعلق بحماية الطفل، وفقاً لإجراءات الإبلاغ الخاصة بـ SOS.
- يتم تقديم التقارير إلى فريق حماية الطفل في البرنامج أو إلى المدير المباشر.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- الخبرة: بين سنتين و3 سنوات كسائق محترف.
- المهارات اللغوية: إجادة جيدة للغة العربية، ولا يشترط إجادة الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية.
- المهارات الشخصية: الالتزام بالمواعيد، الاحترافية، والقدرة على التعامل مع فرق العمل المختلفة.
- رخصة القيادة: رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

Job Description:
Position Title: Driver (Disaster Response Project)
Reports to: Project Manager
Job Purpose:
The driver is responsible for meeting the transportation needs of the SOS team. This role carries significant responsibility, ensuring the safety of staff members and maintaining the organization's reputation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Transportation: Provide safe and efficient transportation for SOS staff within the framework of the Disaster Response Project.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, conduct routine checks, and guarantee it is always ready for use.
- Issue Reporting: Regularly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Compliance with Laws: Adhere to traffic and road safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and others.
- Logistical Assistance: Support the team with logistical transportation needs when required.
Child Safeguarding:
- Responsible for immediately reporting any suspicion, concern, allegation, or incident related to child safeguarding, following SOS reporting procedures.
- Reports should be made to the Child Safeguarding team at the program level or the line manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of Arabic. English and French are not required.
- Personal Skills: Punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license.
