مطلوب مدير/ة مشروع للعمل لدى مركز البحوث والفعاليات الاجتماعية (CeSSRA) في بيروت أو نيقوسيا

• مدة الوظيفة: 6 أشهر، مع إمكانية التجديد حسب الأداء وتوافر التمويل
• نطاق الراتب: بين 2500 و 3000 دولار أمريكي شهريًا (حسب الخبرة والجدول الداخلي للمركز)
• التعليم المطلوب: ماجستير في العلوم الاجتماعية (علم السياسة، علم الاجتماع، الأنثروبولوجيا) كحد أدنى
• الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 5 و10 سنوات
• اللغات المطلوبة: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة، الفرنسية ميزة إضافية
• الموقع: بيروت، لبنان أو نيقوسيا، قبرص

عن مركز CeSSRA للبحوث والفعاليات الاجتماعية

مركز CeSSRA هو مركز غير ربحي يهدف إلى تعزيز العمل المجتمعي من خلال الأبحاث وتبادل المعارف واستخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية. يتيح المركز مساحة متعددة التخصصات للتعاون بين الباحثين والناشطين والممارسين في المجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة المشاريع: ضمان الإشراف الشامل على المشاريع الموكلة من خلال التخطيط والمتابعة وتنفيذ الأنشطة.
• التخطيط وتحديد الأهداف: وضع خطط عمل وتحديد الأهداف والأداء لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
• إدارة المنح: إعداد التقارير المالية والفنية المخصصة للمانحين.
• تنظيم الفعاليات: التخطيط وتنسيق ورش العمل الوطنية والإقليمية.
• دعم تعبئة الموارد: المشاركة في جهود جمع الموارد للمركز.
• التنسيق مع الفريق: العمل بتنسيق فعّال مع الإدارات الأخرى لتأمين تنفيذ سلس للمشاريع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• التعليم: درجة الماجستير في العلوم الاجتماعية أو ما يعادلها.
• المهارات الإدارية والتنظيمية: مهارات إدارية ممتازة وقدرة على تحديد الأولويات.
• خبرة مهنية: ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مشابه، ويفضل في مراكز أبحاث أو مؤسسات تفكير.
• المهارات الشخصية: قدرة قوية على التواصل وإدارة الوقت بشكل فعّال.

Project Manager Required at Centre for Social Sciences Research and Action (CeSSRA) – Beirut or Nicosia

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding availability
Salary Range: USD 2,500 – 3,000 per month (commensurate with experience and centre’s scale)
Education Requirement: Master’s degree in social sciences (political science, sociology, anthropology)
Experience Requirement: 5 to 10 years
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an asset
Location: Beirut, Lebanon or Nicosia, Cyprus

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Ensure comprehensive oversight of assigned projects.
• Planning and Target Setting: Develop work plans and set project performance indicators.
• Grant Management: Prepare and submit donor reports under the supervision of the co-directors.
• Event Organization: Plan and coordinate national and regional workshops.
• Resource Mobilization Support: Participate in efforts to secure funding.
• Team Coordination: Work in effective collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
• Administrative Skills: Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position, preferably within research centers.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
