المسؤوليات:

• معرفة، والترويج، وتنفيذ ومتابعة معايير النظافة العالمية / الاحتياطات، ومنع المخاطر البيولوجية والسيطرة على العدوى، وقواعد الأمان والبروتوكولات والإجراءات الأخرى في المنشآت الطبية وضمان مستويات عالية من النظافة في بيئة العمل الخاصة به/بها. احترام الأسرار الطبية والسرية في جميع الأوقات.
• تنظيم وتنفيذ الرعاية والعلاجات وفقًا للوصفات الطبية، والمساعدة أثناء الاستشارات والجولات اليومية والإجراءات الطبية الأخرى. المشاركة في توعية المريض (والأسرة) عند الحاجة.
• تحديد ضحايا العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وإحالتهم إلى الفريق الطبي للحصول على العلاج اللازم. معرفة وأهمية الاستخدام المناسب لمجموعة الوقاية ما بعد التعرض (PEP).
• ضمان استقبال المرضى بشكل صحيح وتثبيتهم، ومساعدة أولئك الذين يعانون من نقص الاستقلالية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتغذية والنظافة الشخصية والحركة والراحة. بالنسبة لممرض الطوارئ وعيادة خارجية، ضمان فرز المرضى في مناطق الانتظار أو الأقسام أو أثناء الطوارئ، والكشف عن الحالات الحرجة / الطارئة، وتقديم الرعاية الأولية وإحالتهم إلى الطبيب عند الحاجة.
• إرسال المواد للتعقيم واستعادتها بعد التعقيم.
• القيام بقبول ومراقبة ومتابعة المرضى (أي تقييم تطور حالتهم الصحية وتحديد أي حالة طارئة أو تدهور).
• القيام والإشراف على الإجراءات الإدارية والوثائق (ملء ملفات المرضى، النماذج، الاستهلاكات، الإحصاءات، السجلات، ملفات الصحة، إلخ)، وضمان تسليم شفهي / كتابي مناسب، وتقرير أي حالات أو مشاكل قد تنشأ. المشاركة في جمع البيانات وإبقاء الأطباء / المشرفين على اطلاع.
• المشاركة في مراقبة وصيانة الأدوية والمعدات الطبية المتعلقة بالقسم (الجودة وفعالية الوظيفة، ظروف التخزين، متابعة جرد الأدوية المنتهية، عمليات جرد الأدوية والمواد عند كل تغيير في الفريق، ضمان عدم أخذ أي مادة خارج منطقة التمريض / الأقسام دون إذن مسبق، إلخ).
• القيام بتنظيف وصيانة بسيطة للمعدات الطبية الحيوية المستخدمة. اتباع دليل المستخدم والبروتوكولات وإبلاغ المشرف في حالة حدوث عطل.
• الإشراف على تدريب المساعدين الممرضين، ومساعدي التغذية، وعمال النظافة والموظفين الآخرين ذوي الصلة تحت إشرافه / إشرافها، وضمان العمل الجماعي والامتثال لجميع البروتوكولات والإجراءات المناسبة.

المتطلبات:

التعليم:

• أساسي: درجة تمريض معترف بها.
• مرغوب فيه: درجة بكاليوس في علوم التمريض.
• أساسي: رخصة ممارسة من وزارة الصحة العامة – MOPH كممرض في لبنان.
• أساسي: شهادة تسجيل سارية في نظام التمريض في لبنان.

الخبرة:

• أساسي: سنتين من الخبرة السابقة تحت الإشراف في نفس الوظيفة.
• مرغوب فيه: خبرة سابقة في العيادات المتنقلة.
• مرغوب فيه: خبرة سابقة مع منظمة غير حكومية محلية أو دولية.

اللغات:

• أساسي: الطلاقة المهنية الكاملة في اللغة العربية.
• أساسي: الكفاءة المهنية المحدودة إلى الكاملة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description:

Accountabilities:

• Know, promote, implement, and follow up on universal hygiene standards/precautions, bio-hazard prevention, infection control, security rules, and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises, ensuring high standards of hygiene in your working environment. Respect medical confidentiality at all times.
• Organize and carry out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, assisting during consultations, daily rounds, and other medical procedures. Participate in health education for patients (and their families) when necessary.
• Identify victims of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and refer them to the medical team for necessary treatment. Know and understand the importance of the appropriate use of the Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) Kit.
• Ensure patients are properly received and installed, assisting those with limited autonomy, especially concerning feeding, personal hygiene, movements, and comfort. For ER and OPD nurses, ensure triage of patients in waiting areas, wards, or during emergencies, detecting priority acute/emergency cases, providing first aid, and referring them to the doctor when necessary.
• Send materials for sterilization and retrieve them after sterilization.
• Carry out admission, surveillance, and follow-up of patients (i.e., assessing the evolution of their health status and identifying any emergency situation or deterioration).
• Handle and supervise administrative procedures and documents (filling in patient files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.), ensuring an appropriate written/oral handover, and reporting any problematic situations or cases that may arise. Participate in data collection and keep doctors/supervisors informed.
• Participate in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (quality and functionality, storage conditions, follow-up on expired drugs inventories, stock takes of medicines and material at every team changeover ensuring no material is taken out of the nursing area/wards without prior authorization, etc.).
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance for biomedical equipment used, following the user manual and protocols, and alerting the supervisor in case of malfunctioning.
• Supervise and train nurse-aids, nutritional assistants, cleaners, and other related staff under your supervision, ensuring teamwork and adherence to all appropriate protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

• Essential: Recognized Nursing Degree
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences
• Essential: Ministry of Public Health – MOPH Practice license as a Nurse in Lebanon
• Essential: Valid certificate of registration with the Order of Nurse in Lebanon.

Experience:

• Essential: 2 years of previous supervised work experience in a similar position.
• Desirable: Previous experience in mobile clinics.
• Desirable: Previous experience with local or international non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Languages:

• Essential: Full professional proficiency in Arabic.
• Essential: Limited to full professional proficiency in English.
• Desirable: Elementary to limited professional proficiency in French.
