الوصف الوظيفي

تبحث CISP عن عمال outreach ملتزمين للعمل في مشروع يركز على دعم النازحين داخلياً في شمال لبنان، بيروت، وجبل لبنان. تشمل المهام إجراء تقييمات للاحتياجات، إدخال البيانات، والمساعدة في توزيع المواد كجزء من جهود الاستجابة الطارئة. يهدف المشروع إلى إعادة تأهيل مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي والملاجئ وتوزيع مجموعات النظافة والمواد غير الغذائية على المجتمعات المتضررة.

عقد: على أساس يومي
المدة: 4 أشهر
الموقع: بيروت، جبل لبنان، طرابلس

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء outreach لإعلام النازحين داخلياً عن الخدمات والموارد المتاحة.
• تقييم احتياجات الأفراد والمجتمعات.
• إدخال البيانات بدقة في نظام إدارة البيانات الخاص بـ CISP.
• المساعدة في تنظيف البيانات والتحقق منها وتنظيم السجلات الإلكترونية المتعلقة بالأنشطة الطارئة.
• التعاون مع المنظمات المحلية والمتطوعين لضمان استجابة منسقة.
• تقديم التغذية الراجعة وتقارير مفصلة عن التدخلات وتفاعل المشاركين.
• دعم توزيع مجموعات النظافة والمواد غير الغذائية.
• المشاركة في ورش تدريب وبناء القدرات عند الحاجة.
• تحديد وإحالة الحالات أو المخالفات حسب الحاجة.
• الحفاظ على السرية والالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية في جميع التفاعلات.

العلاقات العملية الرئيسية:

ستعمل عن كثب مع ضباط الميدان ومنسق المشروع، سواء في الميدان أو في المكتب، لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة. يجب أن تكون التفاعلات مع أعضاء المجتمع المحلي والمؤسسات دائمًا محترمة للعادات المحلية وتهدف إلى تحقيق أهداف المشروع بشكل فعال.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• خلفية في علم النفس، أو العمل الاجتماعي، أو الإرشاد، أو مجالات ذات صلة (يفضل ولكن ليس إلزاميًا).
• أقل من سنة واحدة من الخبرة في أدوار مماثلة.
• معرفة واحدة أو أكثر من المناطق التشغيلية (بيروت، جبل لبنان، طرابلس).
• القدرة على التعامل مع وقراءة الخرائط بفعالية.
• إتقان استخدام الأجهزة التكنولوجية، مثل الأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة تحديد المواقع الجغرافية.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والعلاقات الشخصية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع التعاون الفعال مع أعضاء الفريق والمستفيدين.
• القدرة على إدارة المواقف ذات الضغط العالي والتعامل مع الحالات الحساسة بتعاطف.
• المرونة والتكيف في البيئات الديناميكية.
• تنظيم عالي، مسؤول، وقادر على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
• رخصة قيادة سارية.

Job Description

CISP is seeking dedicated Outreach Workers for a project focused on supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) in North Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon. The role involves conducting needs assessments, data entry, and assisting with distributions as part of our Emergency Response efforts. The project aims to rehabilitate WASH and shelter facilities and distribute hygiene kits and non-food items to affected communities.

Contract: Daily Basis
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Tripoli

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to inform IDPs about available services and resources.
• Assess the needs of individuals and communities.
• Accurately input data into the CISP data management system.
• Assist with data cleaning, verification, and organization of electronic records related to emergency activities.
• Collaborate with local organizations and volunteers to ensure a coordinated response.
• Provide feedback and detailed reports on interventions and participant engagement.
• Support the distribution of hygiene kits and non-food items.
• Participate in training and capacity-building workshops when required.
• Identify and refer cases or irregularities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Key Working Relationships:

You will work closely with the Field Officers and Project Coordinator, both in the field and at the office, to ensure smooth project implementation. Interactions with local community members and institutions should always be respectful of local customs and aim to effectively achieve the project’s goals.

Job Requirements:

• Background in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Less than 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of one or more of the operational areas (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Tripoli).
• Ability to handle and read maps effectively.
• Proficiency in using IT devices, such as tablets and GPS devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and beneficiaries.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and handle sensitive cases with empathy.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license.
