وصف الوظيفة:

تعلن منظمة INTERSOS، وهي منظمة دولية غير حكومية تسعى لتقديم المساعدة الإنسانية للأشخاص المتضررين من الكوارث الطبيعية والصراعات المسلحة، عن حاجتها لتعيين عامل/ة حالة في حماية الطفل. يتطلب هذا الدور تقديم الدعم والرعاية المباشرة للأطفال المعرضين للخطر، بما في ذلك توفير الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي وإدارة الحالات التي تشمل الناجين من العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي.

المهام الأساسية:

  • الكشف عن الحالات الفردية المستضعفة ومتابعتها، سواء تلك التي تم تحديدها من خلال فريق INTERSOS أو التي تم إحالتها من منظمات أخرى.
  • إجراء تقييمات نفسية اجتماعية للحالات المستضعفة لتحديد العوامل البيئية والعاطفية والسلوكية والاجتماعية التي تؤثر على رفاهية الفرد.
  • تنسيق الجهود مع مقدمي الخدمات الرئيسيين لضمان الإحالات السريعة والمتابعة الفعّالة وتبادل المعلومات.
  • ملء واستكمال النماذج الخاصة بالحالات، مع الحرص على دقة البيانات وسريتها وإعداد التقارير الأسبوعية.
  • تقديم الدعم العاطفي الأساسي للحالات العاجلة وإدارة خط الطوارئ وفقاً للإجراءات الداخلية وتحت إشراف عامل الحالة الرئيسي.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية داخل وخارج المراكز وفقًا للحاجة.
  • إعداد خطط دقيقة للحالات عالية الخطورة بالتعاون مع العامل الرئيسي وإعداد وتقديم تقارير تقييم مصلحة الطفل (BIAs/BIDs).

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • شهادة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة مثل العمل الاجتماعي أو علم النفس أو ما يعادلهما.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في العمل مع حالات حماية الأطفال أو الناجين من العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي.
  • إتقان استخدام الحاسوب (Word و Excel).
  • امتلاك رخصة قيادة منذ أكثر من سنتين.
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومهارات تنظيمية عالية.

Job Description:

INTERSOS, an international non-governmental organization (NGO) providing humanitarian assistance to individuals affected by natural disasters and armed conflicts, is seeking a Child Protection Case Worker. This role involves providing direct care and support to vulnerable children with protection concerns, including psychosocial support and case management for survivors of gender-based violence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, counsel, and follow up on individual vulnerable cases detected by INTERSOS or referred by other agencies.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate the environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors affecting the individual’s well-being.
  • Ensure effective coordination with key service providers for timely referrals, follow-ups, and information sharing.
  • Accurately manage and archive case profiles, referral forms, and weekly reports while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide basic emotional support for urgent cases and manage the hotline under the supervision of the Senior Case Worker.
  • Participate in meetings and trainings, and contribute to case management meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Case Worker to draft accurate case plans for high-risk cases, ensuring clear outcomes and timeframes.
  • Prepare and submit BIAs/BIDs to the Senior Case Worker for final review.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in child protection or working with survivors of gender-based violence.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Valid driver’s license issued for more than two years.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
