### وصف الوظيفة:

مركز “سكْون” هو مركز لبناني غير حكومي وغير ربحي تأسس في عام 2003، يهدف إلى تحسين الاستجابة لمشكلة المخدرات في لبنان. منذ إنشائه، أصبح سكْون جهة رائدة في تقديم برامج تقليل الأضرار وعلاج تعاطي المخدرات، حيث تصل خدماته إلى آلاف الأشخاص وعائلاتهم في جميع أنحاء لبنان. تتمثل مهمة سكْون الأساسية في تقديم العلاج والتعليم والحماية للجميع، مع التركيز على تحسين الصحة النفسية والرفاهية. نؤمن بأن التعامل مع الإدمان يجب أن يكون كأولوية صحية.

### المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

– تنفيذ تدخلات ميدانية مع الأشخاص النازحين داخلياً في هذه الظروف الطارئة.
– تقديم الدعم العاطفي الفوري لتعزيز الصحة النفسية للأفراد المتضررين من الأزمات.
– تقييم احتياجات الأفراد والمجموعات وتوجيههم نحو الخدمات المناسبة.
– التعاون مع المنظمات المحلية والمتطوعين لضمان استجابة منسقة.
– الحفاظ على السرية والالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية في جميع التفاعلات.
– تقديم تقارير حول نتائج التدخلات ومستوى مشاركة المستفيدين.
– المشاركة في ورشات تدريبية لبناء القدرات وتحسين الأداء.
– تحديد الحالات التي تحتاج إلى تحويلها إلى خدمات متخصصة وتقديم المساعدة اللازمة.

### المؤهلات المطلوبة:

– خلفية في علم النفس أو العمل الاجتماعي أو الإرشاد أو أي مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ولكن ليس إلزامياً).
– خبرة في تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي أو العمل مع الفئات الضعيفة.
– مهارات اتصال وتواصل بين الأفراد ممتازة.
– القدرة على العمل في بيئات عالية الضغط والتعامل مع المواقف الحساسة بتعاطف.
– المرونة في التكيف مع الظروف المتغيرة.
– الالتزام بتقديم الوقت والجهد لدعم الأفراد المتأثرين.
– إلمام بأساسيات برامج Microsoft Office ويفضل الخبرة بنظام KOBO.
– القدرة على تعلم التقنيات والبرمجيات الجديدة بسرعة.

### Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct outreach interventions with internally displaced people during this emergency situation.
– Provide immediate emotional support and promote mental well-being among individuals affected by crisis.
– Assess the needs of individuals and groups and direct them to appropriate services.
– Collaborate with local organizations and volunteers to ensure a coordinated response.
– Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
– Provide feedback and reports on intervention outcomes and participant engagement.
