المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المساءلة والتعقيد:

• زيارة الملاجئ الجماعية أو أي مناطق ميدانية تتطلب جلسات دعم نفسي واجتماعي.
• تقديم جلسات دعم نفسي اجتماعي (PSS) للبالغين والأطفال، مع التركيز على معالجة الأحداث المؤلمة وتعزيز الرفاهية العامة.
• إجراء جلسات فردية غير متخصصة إما في الميدان، أو في المراكز، أو عن بُعد، حسب احتياجات المشاركين.
• إحالة المشاركين إلى فريق الصحة النفسية (MH) الخاص بالمنظمة أو إلى خدمات خارجية متخصصة عند الحاجة.

التقييم والدعم:

• إجراء تقييمات للاحتياجات النفسية والعاطفية للأفراد في حالات الطوارئ، وضبط الجلسات وفقًا لذلك.
• التعاون مع منسقي الملاجئ والفرق الميدانية لضمان توفير المساحة والموارد المناسبة لإجراء جلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.
• التعرف على الحالات عالية الخطورة وإحالتها إلى خدمات الصحة النفسية المتخصصة عند الضرورة.

التوثيق والتقارير:

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لجميع الجلسات، بما في ذلك حضور المشاركين ومحتوى الجلسات.
• إعداد تقارير تقدم دورية حول نتائج جلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.

التنسيق والتعاون:

• التنسيق مع المشرفين في برنامج الصحة النفسية الاجتماعية لضمان تقديم الجلسات بسلاسة.
• المشاركة بنشاط في الاجتماعات التنسيقية ومشاركة الأفكار لتحسين الخدمة.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Accountability and Complexity:

• Visit Collective Shelters (CSs) or any field areas requiring Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) sessions.
• Provide Psychosocial Support (PSS) sessions for both adults and children, addressing traumatic events and promoting overall well-being.
• Deliver one-on-one, non-specialized sessions either in the field, at centers, or remotely, based on participants' needs.
• Ensure timely and appropriate referrals to the Mental Health (MH) team or external specialized services as needed.

Assessment and Support:

• Conduct assessments of the psychological and emotional needs of individuals in emergency situations, adjusting sessions accordingly.
• Collaborate with shelter coordinators and field teams to ensure appropriate space and resources are available for conducting PSS sessions.
• Identify high-risk cases and refer them to specialized mental health services when necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions conducted, including participant attendance and session content.
• Prepare regular progress reports detailing the outcomes of the PSS sessions.

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the MHPSS Supervisor and other team members for seamless delivery of sessions.
• Actively participate in coordination meetings and share insights to improve services.
