المسؤوليات الرئيسية لموظف حماية الأطفال:

• التصميم الفني ورصد تنفيذ المشروع:

  • التأكد من تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا للنشاطات المقترحة.
  • قيادة عمليات الرصد والتقييم لأنشطة حماية الأطفال.
  • متابعة تنفيذ المشروع ككل.
  • ضمان استهداف المجتمعات المعنية بالمشروع.

• التنسيق وتمثيل Red Oak:

  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق Red Oak.
  • تنسيق وتسهيل التواصل بين الفريق.
  • دعم جهود المناصرة والاتصالات.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات والتدريبات.

• إدارة الأنشطة الإدارية:

  • ضمان تقديم جميع تقارير المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
  • الإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع ومتابعة تقدم العمل.
  • إعداد وصيانة وثائق المشروع بشكل منظم.
  • الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات مرتبة وآمنة لبيانات المستفيدين.

المتطلبات والخبرات:

• درجة جامعية في علم النفس، العمل الاجتماعي، التعليم، العلوم الاجتماعية أو درجات ذات صلة.
• خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال في سياقات الطوارئ، ويفضل أن تكون مع منظمة غير حكومية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظائف مماثلة.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• مهارات اتصال قوية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية.
• انتباه للتفاصيل مع متابعة قوية.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وفعالية العمل بشكل مستقل.
• القدرة على التعامل مع ضغط العمل والمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.
• خبرة في العمل عن بعد باستخدام تطبيقات مثل Zoom وغيرها.

Key Responsibilities for the Child Protection Officer:

• Technical Design and Monitoring of Project Implementation:

  • Ensure activities are implemented according to proposed activities.
  • Lead the monitoring and evaluation processes of Child Protection activities.
  • Follow up on the overall project implementation.
  • Ensure that communities targeted by the project are effectively engaged.

• Coordinating and Representing Red Oak:

  • Work closely with the Red Oak team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team communication.
  • Support advocacy and communications.
  • Attend meetings and trainings.

• Handling Management and Administration Activities:

  • Ensure timely submission of all project reports.
  • Oversee the project implementation and staff follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain well-organized documentation of the project.
  • Maintain an organized and protected database of beneficiary data.

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in psychology, social work, education, social sciences, or other relevant fields.
• Experience working with children in emergency contexts, preferably with an NGO.
• At least two years of experience in similar roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-up abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in remote work using Zoom and other applications.
