المسؤوليات والأنشطة الرئيسية:
أنشطة الرصد والتقييم والتعلم (MEL):
- ضمان جمع البيانات الكمية والنوعية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- المساهمة في إنشاء أدوات الرصد وإعداد قواعد البيانات بناءً على الاستبيانات.
- اختبار أدوات الرصد الميداني وإجراء مسوحات تجريبية.
- المساهمة في إدارة وتنظيف وتحليل البيانات المجمعة.
- المشاركة في التقييمات المنتظمة للوضع الإنساني الحالي وتطور السياق.
المساءلة ودمج الحماية:
- المشاركة في آليات المساءلة التي وضعتها SI، وضمان أخذ ملاحظات المستفيدين في الاعتبار.
- متابعة الشكاوى والملاحظات الواردة عبر قنوات التغذية الراجعة المجتمعية.
التقارير والتواصل:
- الاحتفاظ بجميع مستندات MEAL في مكاتب SI وتسهيل الوصول إليها.
- إعداد تقارير الرصد والتقييم وتقديم تحديثات المشروع وتوصيات حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق البرامجية لضمان فهم شامل للأنشطة.

Organization Overview:
Solidarités International (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO that has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters for over 40 years by meeting their vital needs for food, water, and shelter. SI is particularly involved in fighting diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death worldwide, by providing expertise in access to drinking water, sanitation, hygiene promotion, food security, and livelihoods. Operating in around twenty countries, SI's team comprises approximately 2,000 people, including expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and some volunteers.
Solidarités International is committed to preventing and fighting all forms of abuse, including exploitation, abuse, and sexual harassment (SEAH) against beneficiaries or collaborators, fraud, corruption, and violations of human rights. SI implements a zero-tolerance policy regarding acts of SEAH.
General Objective: To track and assess the progress, impact, and quality of programs using appropriate monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools. Foster a culture of learning within the organization by documenting and disseminating lessons learned and best practices.
Responsibilities and Main Activities:
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activities:
- Ensure the accurate, timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Contribute to the creation of monitoring tools and prepare database frames based on questionnaires.
- Ensure the proper utilization of SI monitoring tools.
- Conduct field tests of SI monitoring tools and pilot surveys/questionnaires.
- With the support of the PM and MEAL team, prepare and implement training on monitoring tools for field officers.
- Participate in data management, cleaning, compilation, and analysis.
- Contribute to maintaining the database to produce routine or periodic monitoring reports.
- Participate in regular evaluations of the humanitarian situation and context evolution.
Accountability & Protection Mainstreaming:
- Participate in the accountability mechanisms established by SI and ensure that beneficiary feedback is considered.
- Complete accountability checklists in the field to ensure appropriate staff behavior.
- Handle and ensure proper follow-up on feedback and referrals received through community feedback entry points.
Reporting/Communication:
- Keep all MEAL documents archived at SI offices and easily accessible.
- Report on all activities and specific tasks entrusted by the Base MEAL Manager/Supervisor.
- Draft M&E reports and provide project updates and recommendations as necessary.
- Participate in data entry and basic database management, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
