#### وصف الوظيفة:
يعمل منسق المشروع تحت إشراف فريق إدارة الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (MHPSS) في الاستجابة للطوارئ، ويتولى المهام التالية:

**تنسيق وتنفيذ المشروع:**
– الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لفريق الاستجابة للطوارئ MHPSS، وضمان التنفيذ الفعال لجميع التدخلات المخطط لها.
– متابعة وتوثيق تقدم الأنشطة الميدانية لضمان توافقها مع أهداف المشروع وإتمامها في الوقت المحدد.
– إدارة الموارد البشرية والمادية للاستجابة للطوارئ بفعالية، بما في ذلك الإشراف على شراء الموارد الحيوية.
– تحديث خريطة الخدمات بانتظام لضمان تغطية شاملة للخدمات المتاحة.

**التواصل مع الجهات المعنية:**
– التعاون مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، الوكالات الدولية، المنظمات غير الحكومية، والسلطات المحلية لتسهيل الوصول إلى الملاجئ.

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Emergency Response team and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Project Coordination and Implementation:

• Oversee the daily activities of the MHPSS Emergency Response team, ensuring timely and effective execution of all planned interventions.
• Monitor and document the progress of field activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timely completion within the established timeline.
• Manage both human and material resources effectively for emergency response efforts, including overseeing the procurement of critical resources.
• Regularly update service mapping to ensure comprehensive coverage of available services.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), UN agencies, NGOs, local authorities, and healthcare providers, to facilitate access to shelters and prevent duplication of efforts while identifying and addressing service delivery gaps.
• Engage with MHPSS Task Force members to provide updates on field activities and raise any operational challenges encountered.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, interventions, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular progress updates, highlighting key challenges and successes to inform decision-making and partner communications.
• Maintain and update the Health Sector Response Online Sheet to reflect interventions conducted within shelters.

Capacity Building and Training:

• Collaborate with Program Managers to organize capacity-building workshops for the MHPSS team, ensuring high-quality service delivery in emergency settings.

Advocacy and Awareness:

• Work with the Program Manager and content creators to develop and refine awareness materials, such as informational flyers, to support advocacy efforts.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Manager to establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact and effectiveness of MHPSS interventions.
• Continuously review and adapt the emergency response plan to meet the evolving needs of displaced populations.
• Oversee the case management of individuals referred for specialized mental health services.
