#### **هدف الوظيفة:**
يكون مسؤول الملاجئ جزءًا من فريق INTERSOS المعني بالملجأ، حيث يعمل على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالملاجئ، بما في ذلك بناء وإعادة تأهيل الملاجئ، وتحسين مرافق الصرف الصحي، وتوزيع المواد الإغاثية على مستوى الميدان. يتعاون المسؤول بشكل وثيق مع مدير المشروع ومنسق WaSH والملاجئ.

– جمع البيانات المتعلقة بأنشطة الملاجئ في المناطق المحددة.
– تنظيم وتنفيذ أعمال البناء وتوزيع المواد في الميدان.

– تنظيم وقيادة المسوحات الفنية والتقييمات.
– إدارة قاعدة البيانات الفنية للمنطقة المعينة.
– ضمان توزيع المواد الإغاثية في الوقت المناسب.
– إعداد الوثائق الفنية اللازمة.
– الإشراف على أنشطة البناء وتحسين المرافق الصحية.
– كتابة تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة في الميدان.

#### **المؤهلات المطلوبة:**
– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال العمل ذات الصلة.
– خبرة في مراقبة البناء وإدارة المقاولين.
– مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على كتابة التقارير.

#### **Job Purpose:**
The Shelter Field Officer is part of the INTERSOS Shelter Team, focusing on shelter activities, including construction and rehabilitation of shelters, upgrading sanitation facilities, and distributing relief items in the field. The officer will work closely with the Project Manager and the Country WaSH & Shelter Coordinator.

#### **Generic Duties:**
– Monitor and report on project activities, ensuring compliance with plans and standards.
– Suggest new methods and approaches to enhance activity quality.
– Collect data related to shelter activities in Mount Lebanon and Bekaa.
– Organize and implement construction work and distribution of items in the field.

#### **Specific Duties:**
– Organize and lead technical surveys and assessments.
– Manage the technical database for the assigned area.
– Ensure timely distribution of shelter relief items.
– Prepare technical documents, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and drawings.
– Supervise shelter support activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

#### **Qualifications Required:**
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
– Experience in monitoring construction and managing contractors.
– Strong communication and report-writing skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
