بدأ العدو الإسرائيلي بفرض حصار جوي وبري وبحري على لبنان من خلال سلسلة انتهاكات تراوحت بين الترهيب والقصف، فقد قام أمس الأول بقطع طريق المصنع الذي يربط لبنان بسوريا، بعد أن إستهدف سابقاً عدة معابر، وعاد اليوم إلى ترهيب الطائرات والسفن في المجالات الجوية والبحرية بالدخول إلى ترددات اللاسلكي للطائرات التي تحط في مطار بيروت وترددات اليخوت وتسأل عن الركاب والجهة التي تملك الطائرة أو اليخت مما يعد إنتهاك واضح للقانون الدولي.
يذكر وزير الإتصالات في حكومة تصريف الأعمال جوني القرم، في حديث إلى “ليبانون ديبايت”، أنه “منذ فترة قام العدو الاسرائيلي بأول إنتهاك من هذا النوع، حيث أنذر طائرة كانت متجهة إلى لبنان بعدم الهبوط في مطار بيروت، وحينها أصدر وزير الأشغال علي حمية بياناً وعادت الطائرة أدراجها، واليوم يقومون بالعمل نفسه”.
ويوضح، أنه “يمكن للعدو أن يدخل على موجات اللاسلكي فهذا أمر غير سري، ولكنه يعتبر إنتهاك فاضح للقاونين الدولية التي ترعى الإتصالات الدولة والنقل”.
ويلفت، إلى أن موضوع التقدم بشكوى إلى الجهات الدولية المختصة لخرق القانون الدولي للملاحة، حيث يؤكد أن “هذا الأمر من المفروض أن يقوم به وزير الأشغال علي حمية بواسطة وزارة الخارجية، وسبق لوزارة الإتصالات أن تقدمت بشكوى إلى الأمم المتحدة”.
ويذكّر بـ”الأضرار التي لحقت بالإتصالات جراء العدوان ومنها 113 محطة عاطلة عن العمل تابعة لتاتش، و114 محطة عاطلة عن العمل في ألفا، 26 محطة تابعة لهيئة “أوجيرو” تعطلت عن العمل أيضاً”.
أما عن نسبة تأثر الإتصالات بهذه الأعطال، فيؤكد أن “التأثير لم يصل بعد إلى حدود الـ10 %، من مجمل الإتصالات”، لافتًا إلى أن “خطر عزل لبنان وتعطل الإتصالات نهائياً هو أمر يرتبط بحجم العدوان واستهدافاته للقطاع”.
