أموال “القرض الحسن”… أين؟

أكد مصدر مصرفي لـ «الأنباء» أن «التحويلات الخارجية من المغتربين اللبنانيين الى أهاليهم لاتزال مستمرة، وتشكل متنفسا للأسر اللبنانية. غير أن الأموال التي هي بحوزة القرض الحسن، أحد الأقنية المالية التابعة ل‍حزب الله، أصبحت الآن في حالة شبه ضياع، خصوصا ان أموال القرض الحسن ليست لها علاقة بالمصرف المركزي أو بالمصارف اللبنانية الأخرى، وهي موزعة على صناديق ومؤسسات تابعة للحزب في كافة مناطق نفوذه وخصوصا في الضاحية الجنوبية».

وتابع المصدر: «هذا الأمر يشكل أزمة مضافة الى الأزمات التي يعانيها اللبنانيون. ففي ظل استمرار الهجمة الإسرائيلية على قيادات وكوادر ومسؤولي الحزب على كافة الصعد، فإن مصير هذه الودائع في مؤسسات القرض الحسن مجهولة. وفي حال ضياعها ستشكل ضغطا كبيرا على هذه الأسر التي تعاملت مع مؤسسة القرض الحسن، وتضاف الى المشاكل التي يعانيها المجتمع اللبناني. وستشكل أزمة جديدة يسمع أصوات أصحابها بعد انتهاء العمليات العسكرية العدوانية الإسرائيلية الجارية على معظم المناطق اللبنانية».

ورأى المصدر المصرفي «ان هذه الأزمة المنتظرة ستشكل ضغطا على الاقتصاد اللبناني المنهك، بسبب الأزمات المتلاحقة على لبنان منذ استشهاد الرئيس رفيق الحريري عام 2005».
