Job Opportunity: Procurement Officer – Nusaned

Organization Overview
Nusaned is actively seeking a Procurement Officer to oversee and manage procurement, warehousing, and distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with procurement policies, handle contracts, and maintain relationships with suppliers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that materials and services are delivered on time and meet quality and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Oversee the procurement, warehousing, and distribution plans, ensuring compliance and success in all related activities.
• Policy Adherence: Strictly follow the procurement policy, ensuring that all related documents are properly implemented.
• Procurement Planning: Prepare procurement plans prior to project initiation and submit for approval to relevant stakeholders.
• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Emergency Response: Implement contingency plans during emergencies to ensure rapid procurement under unstable conditions.
• Inventory Management: Manage orders, stock materials, and update all organizational assets.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure supplier compliance with agreed terms, conduct field visits, and monitor performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Finance, HR, and Operations, to streamline procurement processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using ERP software for logistics and inventory tracking.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within NGOs.
• Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, financial acumen, and ethical judgment.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

تسعى نوساند إلى تعيين مسؤول مشتريات للإشراف على استراتيجيات المشتريات والتخزين والتوزيع. سيضمن المرشح الالتزام بسياسات المشتريات، ويتعامل مع العقود، ويحافظ على علاقات جيدة مع الموردين. هذا الدور حيوي لضمان استلام المواد والخدمات في الوقت المناسب ووفقًا لمعايير الجودة والتكلفة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات: الإشراف على خطط المشتريات والتخزين والتوزيع، وضمان الالتزام والنجاح في جميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
• الالتزام بالسياسات: الالتزام الصارم بسياسة المشتريات وتنفيذ كافة المستندات المتعلقة بها.
• التخطيط للمشتريات: إعداد خطط المشتريات قبل بدء المشروع وتقديمها للموافقة من أصحاب المصلحة.
• إدارة الموردين: تقييم الموردين والتفاوض على العقود لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
• الاستجابة للطوارئ: تنفيذ خطط الطوارئ أثناء الأزمات لضمان الحصول السريع على المواد في ظل الظروف غير المستقرة.
• إدارة المخزون: إدارة الطلبات وتخزين المواد وتحديث جميع الأصول الثابتة الخاصة بالمنظمة.
• التقارير والمتابعة: التأكد من امتثال الموردين للشروط المتفق عليها وإجراء زيارات ميدانية لمراقبة الأداء.
• التعاون مع الفريق: العمل عن كثب مع الإدارات الأخرى مثل المالية والموارد البشرية والعمليات لتبسيط عمليات المشتريات.
• المعرفة التقنية: إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP لتتبع اللوجستيات والمخزون.

المؤهلات والخبرات

• التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
• الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في المشتريات أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، ويفضل أن تكون داخل منظمات غير حكومية.
• المهارات: مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية قوية، انتباه للتفاصيل، معرفة مالية وحكم أخلاقي.
• اللغة: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث).
