**الغرض**:
تحت إشراف قائد فريق الضباط الميدانيين (TL)، يكون الموظف الميداني للروابط الأسرية (PFL) هو المسؤول الرئيسي عن برنامج المرافقة (AP) الخاص بالعائلات التي فقدت أفرادًا في سوريا نتيجة النزاع الذي بدأ في عام 2011. يقدم الموظف الدعم لقائد الفريق في تنفيذ استجابة متعددة التخصصات بناءً على تقييم احتياجات العائلات.

**المسؤوليات والواجبات**:
– العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لبرنامج المرافقة.
– المساهمة في تحليل المشروع والبيئة المحيطة به (أمنية، اقتصادية، ثقافية وسياسية) وتقديم تقارير للفريق.
– المشاركة في تنفيذ المشاريع المتعلقة باستجابة احتياجات العائلات (مثل دعم الصحة النفسية والاقتصادية).
– تحليل البيانات والمساهمة في إعداد التقارير الداخلية.
– المساعدة في الاجتماعات الميدانية والزيارات الميدانية.
– دعم الفريق في تنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع.
– الحفاظ على بيئة عمل بناءة وداعمة بين أعضاء الفريق.
– حفظ وتوثيق العمل لضمان استدامته ومرجعيته المستقبلية.

**العلاقات**:
– داخليًا: التفاعل مع المدير والزملاء في المناطق المعنية.
– خارجيًا: التعامل مع السلطات المحلية، المنظمات غير الحكومية، والمجتمع المدني بالتنسيق مع قائد الفريق.

**المؤهلات المطلوبة**:
– 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في المجالات الاجتماعية، السياسية، الاقتصادية أو ما يعادلها.
– درجة بكالوريوس في موضوعات العلوم الإنسانية (علم الاجتماع، التاريخ، علم النفس، الفلسفة، العلوم السياسية).
– إتقان اللغة العربية (كلغة أم) والإنجليزية (مستوى احترافي)، والفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
– مهارات حاسوبية متقدمة.

**الموقع**: بيروت – لبنان
**ساعات العمل**: من الاثنين إلى الجمعة، من 8 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً

### Job Description: Protection of Family Links (PFL) Field Officer – ICRC

#### **Purpose:**
The PFL Field Officer, under the supervision of the Missing Field Officer Team Leader, will maintain an understanding of the needs of families whose relatives went missing in the Syrian conflict since 2011. The officer will support the implementation of multidisciplinary responses based on family needs assessments.

#### **Responsibilities:**
– Act as the focal point for the Accompaniment Program.
– Contribute to the analysis of the Accompaniment Project and its environment (security, socio-economic, cultural, political) and share relevant information.
– Assist in the implementation and adaptation of projects related to family needs (e.g., MHPSS, Ecosec support programs).
– Analyze flagged needs and suggest new activities and referrals.
– Contribute to institutional exercises (planning, budgeting, and monitoring).
– Support staff with project implementation and monitoring in the field.
– Ensure sustainability and archiving for institutional memory.

#### **Relationships:**
– Internally, liaise with colleagues covering Zahle and the BEY delegation.
– Externally, interact with local authorities, NGOs, civil society, under supervision.

#### **General Duties:**
– Adhere to the seven Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross Movement.
– Follow ICRC Code of Conduct and security rules.
– Maintain confidentiality and represent ICRC professionally.

#### **Position Requirements:**
– **Experience:** 3-5 years in social, political, or economic fields; 1-2 years with ICRC or a similar agency is an asset.
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Humanities (e.g., sociology, psychology, political science).
– **Languages:** Native Arabic, Professional English; French is an asset.
– **Computer Skills:** Advanced.

#### **Required Competencies:**
– Leadership, teamwork, and beneficiary focus (Proficient).
– Experience in case management, data protection, and humanitarian search processes (Proficient).

#### **Job Details:**
– **Location:** Beirut, Lebanon.
– **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
– **Contract:** Fixed term, 1 year, renewable.
– **Salary:** USD 2,037 – 3,518 based on qualifications and job requirements.
